Parlour Beautique

I was super excited to try this place, as I have seen so many good reviews! However the beautician myself and my sister had was pretty awful. We are both redheads and asked for light to medium tints. After we were finished it was slightly darker than expected but OK. We believe the tint wasn't completely wiped off because our brows are BLACK! also she didn't say a word to us during the service and as a result was quite awkward. Won't be returning that's for sure!Posting on my partners account as mine isn't working, which is a shame!

Great service, and the people were really nice, however, I got classic eyelashes done for $130 and woke up the next day and they had all fallen out. I did not wash my face for four days to make sure that did not happen, so I don’t know what went wrong.

I came in and had a lash lift and tint with Charne and she was absolutely amazing! Made me feel very comfortable and my lash lift is amazing I’m so happy with it. X

Used to come here alot years ago, went back today and was underwhelmed. The greeting at the door was lacklustre (but ok). The beautician who did my waxing walked past me in the reception then turned around and said my name like I should have followed. She barely spoke to me except to ask what colour i wanted my eyebrow tint and to advise she was putting the chair back. I kept moving my mask to make sure it was out of the way so made a joke that i feel like its over my eyes" and i laughed. The lass made a "humph" noise and said nothing- i was super suprised. I was originally very nervous getting my first wax in 5 years as my previous experience was so painful however I was left pleasantly surprised! My waxer (I think her name was Jodie) was so so lovely and calming and surprisingly it barely hurt! Will definitely be back to see her for sureOnly thing I can critique was the customer service at reception was a bit off. Receptionist on her phone the whole time and didn't give off the friendliest vibes which didn't help especially as I was so nervous

VERY disappointed with the customer service I received on Thursday night. I booked FOUR weeks in advanced eyelash lift and tint & eyebrow wax and dye. After confirming several times my appointment, came in on Thursday only to be told that “half of my appointment can only be done because it had been booked wrong”. All you could offer me was to “come back later in two hours” and we do the rest because and quote “we are very busy and people have requested me to do their appointments”. Well actually, I had requested you to do my appointment when I booked it four weeks ago. I have a life, hence why I booked it in four weeks advance, so no, sending me away to come back on something that is YOUR FAULT was terrible customer service. You should have completed my full appointment, even when I said I wanted it done, you flat out refused. You made every other customer more important than me - even though I was booked in plenty in advanced? This is your stuff up, you should have done it.Then to not even be compensated at the end of only doing half my appointment was just rude - paid full price for a stuff up you guys didn’t even fix. You left me crying in the room when doing my eyebrows, and left me crying leaving the parlour afterwards. You should be very ashamed of the way you respected me as a customer. I am NEVER coming back here. You ruined my experience of self-care, and you ruined my holiday which I fly out to on Monday which was why I was getting them done. I had to scramble to find another place to do them, which by the way I DIDN'T because it’s so last minute (HENCE FOUR WEEKS) and now I go to a very important holiday half done. If I had known I was only going to get half an appointment, I would have booked early and gone somewhere else. Thank you very much guys, I hope you’re super proud of yourself.

Such a fantastic experience at this salon, the customer service was amazing. Was warmly welcomed from the lovely girl on the front desk & the beauty therapist who did my brows was so polite and nice to talk to. It’s not often you get this level of customer service anymore. People tend to be miserable but not the girls at beauty parlour. Will definitely be going back. Thanks ladies xxPricing was also very reasonable and quality of service is great
