Water Damage Specialist
A pipe burst in our bathroom last night and water was gushing everywhere, we called the Water Damage Specialist at 2am and Blanche answered my phone call, she was very friendly and helpful. Within the hour Joseph and his team attended my apartment and started restoring the water damaged areas. Very professional and very prompt in their service. Will highly recommend this company.

This company also operates under the name ’Alwaysfresh’. They came to my unit as it flooded and a corner of the bedroom carpet was soaked. I was informed of a flat call out rate that covered assessment and initial treatment of $400, and asked to pay before they arrived (but said no). The total cost for treating and drying (not cleaning) the corner of the room was over $1,000. Be careful about hidden costs!! I was very upset about this when I was told that they were mandatory costs, and not negotiable (I was not told this until after the treatment) Blanche gave me a $100 discount.

Joseph and team were very prompt in assisting us in drying out our unit + common area + our neighbour’s unit next door during a Public Holiday.They ensured the rares was fully dry before packing up the equipments.I highly recommend Joseph as he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Had the sewerage pipe burst in the upstairs unit at 1 am on a Saturday called water damage specialist these guys were out within 20 minutes and had the problem sorted in no time. All my floors were clean and fresh and better than before. The boys were so professional and had all the right gear for the job. The girl who answered the phone was so lovely and curtious and called back to make sure I was happy. Couldn't recommend these guys enough. They made a smelly situation good. Thank you.

I can’t thank Joseph enough I needed help To clean up some carpet that was affected with Sewerage and Joseph delivered and exceeded expectation. Amazing knowledge and was very friendlyOur toilets overflowed and caused a mess through our home. We were devastated and glad to have come across Water Damage Specialist. The technicians were quick, knowledgeable and cleaned up the mess. Would really like to thank Joseph for all his hard work and giving us customer satisfaction very happy.

I recently had a very unfortunate situation where we had an unexpected heavy downfall of rain that completely flooded our below ground basement. All of our furniture was ruined and were were devastated. Joseph and Michael from Water Damage specialist were SO compassionate and professional and got the job done right! We're so thankful that they have done such a great job. I totally recommend them!

One of our shopfronts was significantly waterlogged recently. All such good timing for our VIP opening! Alway Fresh pulled out the stops to focus on drying out main shopfront, steaming carpets, removing equipment as if nothing happened at all. All kit magically re-appeared to complete drying out/restoration!! All very professional smoke and mirrors. They continually support us in these times of weather changes and take the weight off our shoulders
