Wonderful service and incredible outcome when I had my ears professionally cleaned. Prior to treatment, I had partial hearing loss in my right ear with constant ringing in my ear and pain. This was the consequence of my attempt to clean my ear with a cotton tip and I had pushed the wax in too far. I tried ear wax removal solution from the chemist, but this made it worst. I found Falls of Sound on an internet search. Really glad that I did. Falls of Sound responded to my email promptly and within a day I had an appointment. The instant relief was amazing!!! And the procedure was fairly quick. My ear drums were checked and the other ear was cleaned too. Other competitors for professional ear wax removal cost more than the $105 quote from Falls of Sound. Kristina is lovely makes you feel very comfortable. Ive had a couple of visits with her for my ear wax removal which is a much more pleasant experience by suction as i suffer vertigo and the old style ear syringing makes me feel very nauseas. Kyra the receptionist is also very lovely.

Katia and her team are wonderful. They squeezed my father in on very short notice and greatly improved his quality of life as he had been unable to hear properly for weeks. They all went above and beyond to help him. Katia realised he was overdue an upgrade on his hearing aids and organised it on the spot. The service and standard of care is excellent.
