If you have allergies this is not the place for you!We ordered pizza on Saturday night from here, previously we have never had an issue. We ordered 3 Gluten Free pizza’s and when we arrived to collect the staff used the normal cutter to cut the gluten free pizza, the staff didn’t seem to care and questioned my husbands allergies, when he advised that the pizzas would need to be remade due to him not being able to eat them. We arrived home and he had a bit of one of the pizzas before realising that it wasn’t gluten free and has been sick ever since.

Crust Pizza Aspley (Under New Management)
Ordered pizza + garlic bread at 6:20pm - was to be delivered in 1 hour. Called at 8pm to check on order to be told it hasn't been cooked and will be delivered just over half an hour.Really disappointed, we used to love Crust but 2 and a half hours for a pizza is ridiculous. Crusts new owners need to pick their game up. Lost a customer.

The varying quality makes ordering here a risk. The first time I ordered the pulled pork pizza, it was amazing. Ordered again tonight the 9th of June (an extra large because it was so good last time) but there were barely any toppings. Pictures attached. The difference is astounding. Where is the quality control?!So disappointing.Update: changing to one star. Put the sweet chilli sauce on the peppered pineapple pizza instead of the Vietnamese chicken pizza. Didn’t put a lid on the truffle aioli. It went everywhere.

Crust Pizza Aspley (Under New Management)
We used to love Crust pizza, but unfortunately, we've been consistently disappointed with our delivery orders. We often receive the wrong pizza, with toppings or sauces that are different from what we ordered. For instance, in our most recent order,(yesterday), they put basil pesto on the Vegetarian Supreme pizza, and there was no sauce on the pizza at all. We hope that Crust can improve their attention to detail when fulfilling delivery orders in the future.

Figured I'd risk it after giving up a long time ago. The pizzas were made differently, the cheese not browned and a lot more of it. But something tasted really off in my Supreme, so much so I spat if out and threw the rest away. $32 later and I haven't had dinner. I won't be back.

The new owner has just recently started - Tan is absolutely lovely and gave great customer service.Being vegan, we love the plant based options and the food was fresh, hot and generous!So great to have it return to awesome again and we happily drive down from North Lakes for good pizza.Thanks Tan!Jess

Terrible. Do not recommend. The owner/manager is not nice. We ordered over the phone and quoted bundle price for pizza and sides. Once we arrived, we only got drinks instead of the sides we ordered. They also did not honour the price and when questioned, the owner told the staff who took the order to be quiet (when he confirmed the agree pricing).

Ordered 2 pizza @5pm.It 6:15pm, called to check on my delivery, was told it’ll be here in 15-20 mins.No apologies and only excuses over the phone.Finally it’s delivered. Had paid extra for additional toppings and prawns. - got cheated !!!

The staff is really friendly and cooperative. I visited the store yesterday and loved the way they were treating the customers and the pizza was really yummy. There was this girl who was doing the customer service was really nice and she suggested ideas to make one of the best vegetarian pizza with the customised toppings. I loved the pizza so much. Thankyou Crust. Will be visiting soon
