Going camping without a special groove wheel nut socket. Was sorted at 4:20pm on a Friday without a drama ! Can not fault the effort and friendly attitude the team hit me with. Would recommend purely based on that.

so i needed a plug on one of my tires before a long road trip and only discovered the screw really late on the night before but i still had hope - i got to bog jane just before they opened and their customer service was so good man i fully expected to wait but they let me in and asked what was up, saying that they’d start working on it at 8am when they usually kicked off. i should have been well gone by 8:30 according to one of the staff but they started the job earlier and got it done by 8:06???? which was miraculous and i got on the road only ten minutes behind schedule. five stars, these people are legends

Dropped in with a wheelbarrow tyre, the tube was perished. Staff were extraordinarily helpful and did it while I waited. Can’t recommend them enough.
