I have recently purchased quite a number of items online and as sizes were not quite right I needed to to contact store to see about exchange and if they had stock of what I needed. Trying to get through to a store is impossible! You call up and they say you will get an sms and then a call and you never get either! I tried the online chat and they say it takes up to 48 hours for them to connect you even though you have already waited a week! Apparently just to talk to someone in a store is impossible! I would normally just drive to store but as they are quite far away I wanted to ensure stock before I did. Will be rethinking further shopping with country road. Calling David jones stores however are really easy and lovely helpful staff.

As always lovely clothes but very unwelcoming staff. Made no eye contact, staff walked in front of me blocking me off multiple times. Very different experience to other stores with great, friendly customer service. Won’t return to this store

What can I say except that the staff are useless, I went in this arvo and clearly had money to spend but not a staff member asked me if I was needing help or a simple hello. Great for thieves!!! I instead went next door to gazman who did the opposite and I spent my money there. Remember that scene from pretty woman...big mistake!!!!

The staff at this store do not know how to greet customers. They don't look up from what they are doing, and when they do, they look straight through you.I return to this store only because of the product and the store's close proximity to home.

My mum tried to exchange a beach towel today that was faulty. It had a patch of worn material. Tags still on, was a gift for Christmas. All she wanted to do was swap it for the exact same towel. She was told there weren't any despite the website saying there is. There was no offer of assistance to get her one in or hold one at another store. Pretty disappointing service for an easy solution. Norwood is our local store, won't be returning in a hurry with this level of service.
