Sound advice. Figured out the problem with the Aircon. Provides cost effective replacement

We always engage Paul at Breeze for all of our aircon work on our investment properties , offices and at home . Paul is Amazing. He will crawl through the ceiling space / roof cavity on the hottest of days just to get the job done. Paul is always on time and he will work right through to get a new air con installed, or service an older one and make it operate efficiently again. He has many years of experience working with HVAC here and overseas. I highly recommend Paul for all of your HVAC needs.

We had a small job to be done moving a split system air conditioner, as a new kitchen was being installed and was in the road. I rang Paul to give me a quote and he promptly arrived that afternoon.We went ahead with Paul's quote immediately and he completed the job one week later. Paul arrived promptly, very pleasant and professional manner, great attention to detail. He never stopped until he had the job finished. Lovely man and couldn't have been happier with the job he did. Clean, tidy, very neat with his work and highly recommend Paul.We wish him every success with his business:)

Paul uninstalled the 7Kw system that I purchased from the previous owner’s residence and they gave him a glowing reference. I contacted him to ask about installing this system at my place as my (very old) rc machine was no longer working and I was slowing freezing up here in the hills. He came up the hill at very short notice and informed me clearly why this new system was unsuitable for my little cottage. He then tweaked the remote control and old system’s controls and got them working again. Result = I’m fat, warm and happy again. He then charged me a very reasonable fee for his travel, time and excellent assistance. I will definitely be in touch with Paul to install a new system when I purchase it (before summer). Friendly, helpful and fair priced and a man who obviously takes pride in his work. Would recommend to anyone who wants any air con work done

Paul and his staff are excellent to deal with.Utilised his services when we required a new large ducted system in my house on the Sunshine Coast.Pricing was competitive, they arrived on-time each day and didn't leave any mess at all. Job was delivered on-time and within budget.We were so impressed we also had them install another Ducted System in our house in Brisbane.We highly recommend Paul and his team.A1 Service !!!!!

Fantastic company, we use Breeze Air-conditioning for all of our apartments' servicing each year. He always provides an in-depth report on any issues he notices while he does the service. Great attention to detail. We have also had Paul install many new air-conditioning units as the need arrises. Our family have used Breeze for all our air conditioning needs for the past 8 years. Paul has always been fantastic to deal with. We have just done a recent upgrade to a multi-point split system. This is a large complicated system and we have been very impressed with the final results. The units work well and the installation is neat and tidy. Breeze cooperated well with other trades on site and the met the deadlines required for the renovation project. The final system is fantastic. Our thanks to Paul and Darcy.

I booked Paul to disconnect and reconnect a split system air conditioner as it had to be moved due to building work. We confirmed the dates for the reconnection a few days later by email with 3 weeks notice as December is a busy time of year. However, AFTER he had disconnected the unit he told me he didn't know when he would be able to get back to reconnect. I called him a week later and he shouted at me on the phone that I shouldn't expect him to drop everything, told me he was too busy and to get someone else and hung up on me. I sent him another copy of the work order to remind him he had plenty of notice and the job had been booked.I have been unable to find anyone on the Coast who is available until February. Meaning we are without air conditioning over Xmas and all of January.Obviously I do not recommend Paul as he is unreliable, unprofessional and disorganised. His attitude was completely uncalled for and rude to the extreme.Thanks a lot Paul.
