Had a slowing hard drive on my laptop, which creates some dramas in itself. A discussion on the problem and options to move forward. It then took only a couple of days to have a new upgraded drive sourced and sorted. Laptop is better than new and no downside. Very happy, no fuss and good communication.

Great find in Thirroul :) New business with a very enthusiastic and skilled technician, Ronnie. Nothing was too much bother and he managed to get my old power mac laptop going again.Anyone wanting friendly, skilled service given with patience will find no one better.Ronnie even came out to our car and managed to talk my husband into letting him connect his iPhone to bluetooth!! No mean feat considering what a dinosaur he is lolThe after care service is the best we’ve encountered. Many thanks, Ronnie for all your work fixing both my laptop and my iPad :)
