Exceptionally good food and creative cocktails, nice atmosphere and very professional and friendly service. the steak melts in your mouth, excellent selection of fresh and tasty seafood. We booked for a group of 18 Tuesday night, food and drinks got served quickly, thanks to good resturant management, great chefs and our friendly waiter George. Will visit again

Great ambience, Maria is very accomadating and looked after us and our fur babies! The oysters were fresh, the prawns were definitely king prawns in a delious garlic sauce and finally the steak was cooked to perfection. Even had a little cocktail Bramble!!

We came to celebrate our first anniversary and It was the best steak that I ever had in my whole like. It was incredibly soft and juice and so tasty. We ordered a sea food platter as well and bbq octopus for entree and everything was delicious. Maria was so welcoming and her cocktails were beautiful! We will definitely go back.

We went to Fig and Olive about 3 years ago and had the best Seafood platter we had had in a very long time. We raved about it to our friends. We went again April 2023 and had steak and some seafood. The veggies seemed like they were from a frozen pack, the steak was really average and the seafood made us sick. The music was also way to loud. When we got home we were confused by how different our experience was so we checked the reviews. I must say we had a fun time reading them and the comments back from the staff. We were in hysterics until we started to feel unwell that is!I will point out that the staff were really nice and thankfully we didn't hear that chef that everyone spoke about in their reviews.I'm not sure what has changed I can only assume the pandemic had something to do with losing staff etc.Hopefully you can get things back to where they were three years ago because it was truly amazing.

Yesterday we had diner here, the lobster was cold inside and the lobster is just same as the $25 lobster at Woolies.the steak was row and we asked for medium rare, but the veggies were over cooked . We even heard some other people complaining about the foods as well. Paid $230 for the meal which is 100% not worth the money, the waitress there was very nice tho .

Disappointment. Came here and we got garlic bread and it was nice but the oysters were…. Ok there were off. The second I bit into one I spat it out. They just had the taste of off and we could not eat anymore. This place would have potential if it had more staff.

Overall this was a great place with good food and warm and friendly staff. My chicken paella was really nice as was the pork belly. My wife got the king prawn cocktail... What a disappointment. $24 and we got 2 prawns and a bowl of cocktail sauce! That was a big waste of money. Who pays $12 per prawn? Then she got the linguine de mare which was swimming in cream and not much seafood. Lots of muscles but 1 prawn. That's why I took off 2 star. Lastly, we actually had to change our order as the pizza guy didn't turn up and no one else knew how too make pizza!

Nice food, nice service, and the atmosphere would have been nice only if they had a normal chefI honestly feel sorry for the waiter and waitress who worked that night dealing with a chef like that.We wanted to have a nice and quiet dinner with family, but all we could hear was the chef yelling to staff and throwing cutlery and plates in the kitchen. Honestly, no one deserves to be treated like that.We would definitely go back for the food,however, we'll have to sit outside.

a bit disappointed. dishes looks good but didn't taste that nice. seafood was though and not fresh. stake was chewy too…anyway, hope next time be better
