The professionalism of the staff and the incredible results I achieved made me highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a revitalizing massage session.From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me through their wide range of massage treatments and helping me choose the perfect one for my needs.I opted for a deep tissue massage, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made for my well-being. The massage therapist assigned to me was exceptional. Their expertise and skill were evident as they applied the perfect amount of pressure, targeting all the knots and tension in my muscles. I have been going to Massage Indulgence for a few years now and I always leave feeling better. Very clean and aesthetically beautiful rooms, professional and respectful staff and high level quality services.I particularly recommend the Remedial and Thai massage therapists.

Best massage place by far. Tried many in the past but these guys are the best. Very professional staff that make you feel welcome and know what they are doing. Once you try them i can gurantee you wont go any where else.

Very good massage - with helpful people who worked on my problem lower back - I walked out feeling much better. That feeling has remained. I will return as everyone we so helpful and the place was so clean.The price was good and and the staff very happy. Number 1 Massage.

Worst massage I've ever had, and I've had a lot. Booked a firm remedial. It was light pressure, and not a proper remedial massage, and I'm a remedial masseuse. When we arrived we were charged an extra $5 for oil, otherwise it would be a dry massage! - told it would be a special Thai herbs balm or organic oil, so I chose the balm. But it was just cheap oil from a large bottle. On the whole, a waste of money & time.I did not complain about the price of massage, I said it was highly unusual to be charged extra for oil, as remedial massage is usually done With oil. I've never been quoted one price when booking, and then told later oil is extra. This was not upfront or transparent at time of booking. I would happily pay $90 with oil included, I objected to the lack of honesty.It was my daughter who I also booked in at same time, and has reviewed her dreadful experience of her massage. I'm embarrassed and regret that I also booked her in to your clinic, as both really were woefully inadequate massages. We both regularly have massages and have recently moved to northside, so were looking for a new massage clinic.Why is this review not acceptable? That makes no sense at all. I notice this is your standard response to any low rating review. Clients are entitled to give an accurate, true account, and this is only fair to warn others who may waste their money, believing these other inflated, questionable reviews.The massages we received were not acceptable. Your rude, childish response is not acceptable. It is unprofessional to try and discredit my review to fool other potential clients. I've worked in this industry for many years and never experienced such poor service as here.

Foot massage was great very relaxing. No complaints there.Giving 3 review as staff were arguing when arrived whilst trying to sort out pricing. Online pricing and quoted pricing different then when arrived.Body massage: Overuse of oil and extremely fast massage not slow and relaxing like a normal relaxation massage. Just up and down super fast. Listened when said softer so that's great but should have slowed down a lot..Head massage: parts were good but other parts felt like someone was scratching my head not massaging....

If you want a nice relaxing massage this place is not it!!!Therapist sat down while doing the back massage with 1 hand, felt like a pat on the back. Heard the therapist constantly moving the chair around and wiped down all my body with a dry paper towel.She did the exact same movement over and over again the whole massage.I was so annoyed to told her to not even finish the front of her body.

I was booked in for a firm remedial massage and got nothing of the sort. The masseuse lacked any skill. I repeatedly asked for firmer massage but she did not do it. I am recovering from an eating disorder and have a bloated stomach and she asked me if I was pregnant which was very triggering. This was an absolute waste of money and time. My back is in no way better if not worse from this treatment. I would advise not to go here
