I called this place at 4.40pm one day last week and asked could they replace my tyre first thing the next day - yes was the answer, great!However, when I started the ask a couple questions about options and price the response I got was a blunt I will talk to you in the morning". The guy couldn't get off the phone quick enough - he was clearly keen for his 5.00pm finish.I called another company out of curiosity and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. Needless to say I did not get to Treadcare. First impressions are everything in business

I dealt with Bruce after I got a piece of metal in my tyre after 12 hours of owning my (new to me) car!Bruce quoted me for a new tyre which I was more than happy with. Especially as it was so last minute. I took the tyre in at 10:30 and at 13:30 It was done! I arrived and Bruce had managed to repair my tyre for a mere $35! An absolute life saver and a great human being! Very friendly and fast service despite the busy times! Thank you so much and I recommend Treadcare to everyone!!

Went in and asked nicely for a tyre puncture repair. Was rudely responded with “I can’t we’re too busy” I said thats fine, when can we make this happen. “Tomorrow 9am I’ll sort it for you”, I proceeded to come in the next day at 9am with a rude “oh we’ve got no staff here you’re going to have to wait a couple of hours” from a business perspective this does not look good, there’s a long way to go at Treadcare unfortunately.
