We decided to go with ERA Gaia after elaborate research and were pleasantly surprised and amazed at the quality of service they offered. Their sales representative Ryan was really thorough and very professional in providing us the options. He customized systems for us and made genuine suggestions which helped us with choosing the system. Not only was the chief engineer easily contactable, we were able to make a decision on the spot with their help and assistance. The installation of the system was done by professionals who were, without bias, the best in their job. They ensured we are informed of the entire process and kept our requirements a priority. Installation was in April 2019, no dramas, 4kW system done in 1/2 day, very professional. Since then the electricity bill" has been getting more positive every quarter so that now Origin owes us close to $500. Only question I have is when does a 4kW system put out 4kW? Even on the middle of the sunniest days the most I have seen is ~ 3.2kW."

Please be very careful with this company. They have taken 20% deposit from us last year in July and just disappeared. We have lodged formal complaint with NCAT, Local Court.

Fantastic company to deal with. The young salesman was extremely patient and informative and came back several times before and after installation.Our power bill is definitely a lot less.I would recommend this company for your solar install.Pete Van linden

Very Professional Company to deal with, Scott the Installer and his Team were efficient and very helpful with all my questions and did a great installation.I have no problems recommending Era Gaia to my friends and colleague's if they decide to go Solar.

Era gaia's process to get solar is efficient and professional, which is why I was so quick to sign with them. However after signing, I realised they are overcharging significantly for their solar installation, and providing misleading info re: where their panels are made etc. The app to monitor usage is completely useless. I'm really annoyed with myself I didn't use someone locally based where I would have gotten an equivalent quality system for half the price.
