KW Property - Home | Previously known as "Keith Williams Estate Agency", the Morwell office was purchased in 2009 by long-term Manager, Chris Davis. In 2017, Frank Palermo jumped on board as a Director. KW Property Sales & Rental is independently owned and operated. We have had a lot of repairs /work to arrange in a short time and she is always friendly, professional and super patient, going above and beyond to help us with our property management requirements. The team at KW Property have provided magnificent service to me from the time I applied to purchase a block of land, to now, managing my rental property. Many thanks to Chris for his couteous professionalism and understanding during the land purchase stage. Laura has proven to be an outstanding property manager. She has gone over and above the call of duty to organise trades and facilitate repairs and upgrades around the house and propertry. Poor communication and management from Stephanie (senior property manager I believe) had left me with an uninhabitable rental property. Maintenance seemed to be reported months ago and the work that I approved Stephanie to arrange hadn’t been completed causing major water damage to the bathroom, bathroom flooring and adjoining bedroom walls. Damage total was well in the thousands. Full bathroom rip out and redo. I was lucky enough to be covered by my insurance company. I have since restored my property and rented through a better agency. Don’t rent with this agency.

Laura Bainbridge has been a great Property Manager for me. Her dedication and commitment to doing the job well has been a great experience. I would highly recommend her as she is prompt, resourceful and customer focused. She is also is surrounded by a really good support team (Stephanie, Shannon, Angela, just to name a few) that are more than happy to assist in Laura's absence. Great Team!

Contacted Frank about a property I was interested in, left a voicemail message which he never answered so the next day I ended up calling the office. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful - miraculously Frank was in the office and available (although hadn't had time to return my call from the previous day). He made an appointment for a video call inspection the next afternoon (as I was hoping to make an offer after viewing) but obviously he wasn't too interested in getting a sale as after waiting over an hour for the call I gave up, had other appointments I'd postponed to be available for him. Definitely has turned me off going through this agent for my future purchase. Was quite shocked as I've never had a professional agent not turn up for a potential sale appointment.
