Tried the burgerville burger and pizza loaded fries. Not on the same level as my favs from bar luca or burger anonymous BUT Would get again as it's flavour is distinct and keen to try others on the menu.Only small annoyance was when they ran out of cash change so I had to pay via Eftpos and get charged a surprise fee. They should display a sign for this.

I wanted to love this more than I actually did. I liked the fish burger but the loaded fries could have been better. The cheese sauce was pretty bland and the chips were only lukewarm. We were the only people in the store until two others came in. They received their meals before us, despite coming in after us. I like the graffiti style interior, but I probably wouldn't go here again.

10 dollars a milkshake. Does not even taste like the flavour. All they add is a flavoured syrup. I ordered three milkshakes. All three taste horrible. Mango taste like coconut. I won’t comment on anything else. Cause this was my first time and i only ordered three shakes.

Please stop calling your sausage sandwiches hotdogs. Also ordered the lamb loaded fries and received them with a note on top saying they were out of lamb which they replaced with beef. Chips were so stale it hurt trying to bite into them then was up all night with food poisoning. I've ordered before and it's been fine but after receiving food poisoning I won't be back :(

Went to this place for dinner as a first time customer on the 4th August 2022. Ordered the small Double Down Beef Burger combo. $18 is not bad for its price along with burger size and portion of fries.The staff's customer service was friendly and I would definitely come here again when an opportunity comes.Overall: 9/10

Best burgers out there. Although the burger industry is extremely fierce and competitive, Burgerville sets the bar to another level. Have been ordering from there for a long time and they never fail to deliver. Never failed me once. They have a massive selection of food and their portions are extremely generous. Food is always fresh and delicious. The burgers especially the meat burgers are always juicy and cooked perfectly. Their loaded fries are something else and it’s so good to see a business have their heart set out in the food as well as bringing the flavours of the burger we know and love to another standard. Keep up the amazing work, Burgerville. You deserve it ❤️❤️❤️.

Went to the shop waited 30 mins to be served by someone at the counter . The guy who come couldn't speak a word of English and then calls the other bloke in the kitchen who comes up and says you have to pay cash or we can't take your order. Fair enough brought cash from my car and then comes up and say I don't have any change available right now . Wasted 45 mins and got no food . Pathetic customer service please hire someone who can speak English
