Sophia cooks with her heart. The food is absolutely fabulous! We loved coming to the Greek feast and we recommend it to anyone who appreciates home made food. The staff is five starts and we loved the connection with the other guests. What a beautiful group of people! Thank you

I couldn't fault this trip. Every aspect of it was great...food, accommodation, beaches, cooking classes and of course all the participants. It was an authentic Cretan experience and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. For me it was life changing!Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Thankyou Sophie and Greg for a wonderful cultural and cooking tour of your beloved Crete, We were treated to local cultural experiences as well as hands on cooking workshops, using local and seasonal produceand the best part was eating what we prepared, we also visited local pristine beaches and enjoyed the crystal clear Mediterranean water also eating lunch at a 5 star mountain hideaway and other memorable selected restaurants,and highlights of wonderful Crete, the accomodation was great, our driver Greg did a wonderful job navagating those sometimes narrow and mountainous roads, we would highly recommend to any one who wants a real taste of the local culture and cuisine to join any future European tours that Sophie has planned.Heather and Craig Gemell
