NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS FOR REPAIR WORK!!!So many red flags with this business.Red Flag 1: money paid to purchase parts before doing the work.Red Flag 2: taking the machine to their shop to work on it.Red Flag 3: multiple parts needing to be ordered - because clearly they do not know what they are doing!Red Flag 4: no communication at all.Red Flag 5: when you point out that all of this is unacceptable they say that you are a difficult customer and that they cannot control when a manufacturer sends out parts.Red Flag 6: You realize you started this whole mess in September 2022 and it is now March 2023!!

Terrible communication, never returned any phone calls, left multiple messages. Very expensive and the worst service. Charged $90 to look at my small bar fridge. Never heard from them again. When we went to check, they said it will be $1000 to fix. Which they mentioned it’s not “even worth looking at the fridge” to access what needs to be fixed. But I paid $90 for that “check” that they don’t even want to do. Crazy. Completely Unprofessional! Won’t go there again and would never buy from that place!

Still waiting for the repair under warranty of my fridge that has now taken 3 months. Never contacted me once to tell me what is going on and seem confused when I turn up to ask where my fridge is. Absolute rubbish service! Do not take anything here I haven’t heard one good thing about this business.A follow up on my review: ever since these incompetent people are Lismore appliances “fixed” my fridge I have constantly had problems with the thermostat, temperature to the point I decided to buy a new one to save time.These people have no idea what they are doing and upon hearing multiple claims from various people in the area your best bet is to steer clear of these cons.

Last Christmas 2022 we had to get our Van aircon looked at. It wasn't working well. We rang dometic Australia and we were told they are a repair agent. I took Van to them to get a quote. I was told to leave the out the back and paid for the quote. I left the Van with them early with the keys and was told to pick up later that day when we call. I called them late just before 5pm and they asked if they could keep it overnight. I asked if it would be ok there and was told yes we do other van repairs out there.The Van was stolen overnight.The response from the Manager was extremely poor. No apology no offer of any compensation and no calls to help or find out anything related to the theft. I even had to ask for my refund for the quote no work had been done on it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY DODGY DONT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH ANYTHING. Still no apology 5 months later.

We bought a second hand washing machine and a large portable Air Conditioner, both work as new,but at less than half the price. All involved were professional and friendly, the delivery man installed the Washing Machine for us and took the old one away. Couldn't be happier, and in future intend to buy all my appliances from them. Can't recommend highly enough

Got a refurbished Washing Machine from here for about half the cost of a new one. Works very well. Very Happy.

Complete lack of communication and business etiquette. Website showed parts to be in stock. They were ordered after waiting a week I contacted them to find out where my order was. I was informed it was on transit. After waiting a few more days and no delivery. I contacted them again to ask for tracking information to find out they didn't have the parts in stock and they were due to receive them the following day. So a few days later and still no delivery, I contacted them again. They had received the item but hadn't been sent. I asked for express delivery and I offered to pay the additional fees for this service. Again a few days later and still no delivery. Contacted them again, the item had not been sent express as requested and appears that it wasn't sent when I was advised it would be. The only answer I was given as to why my requests were ignored was I don't know what to say". Absolutely disgusting service and a complete lack of any real want to improve the service. Will not use them again or recommend them to anyone."

If I could give minus stars I would. They were called on a very simple warranty call for a stove cook that has a faulty burner. I had to call my own plumber to explain the issue as the person they sent could not make a simple evaluation on his own. He eventually told me he would send a report to Asko to recommend replacement. I never heard from them again. Called Asko 2 weeks later and Lismore Appliance never sent the report to them. I then called Lismore Appliance for an update and they didn’t seem to know what was going on. The person I spoke to eventually said he’d call me right back… that never happened… very unprofessional and totally useless

The technician came out to my address, considerably late, left his car parked in my neighbour's driveway and when the neighbours came to ask him to move, he acted like he didn't know anyone lived there, came back to my house, didn't repair my machine and told me he can't find the leak despite there being a leak mark on the front of the machine and underneath, the floor was white from suds and water. Then he damaged my wall, tried to hide it and left without telling me. Never use this service.
