I purchased tiles and within 24 hours I received a text message for a survey!! I blocked that number and 2 days later I received an email saying they’d partnered with Product Review for another survey.I called the Sunshine store and spoke to Alex who told me to call head office as they do marketing!Tiffany at head office was not “too sure” how to stop this.I specifically said when I gave me details it was for the order only and not for marketing purposes!!

The worst customer service EVER. A job that was to cost $350.00 for the supply of extra tiles has blown out to over $700 and still no tiles and the only response from National Tiles is too bad" "our stores are franchised and we don't care what the other store has done" We were promised further tiles within 5 days

My wife ordered tiles online, drove 30 minutes to pick them up, the order wasn’t there as they didn’t have the tiles. Reordered through head office, were supposed to be delivered on a Thursday, never came. Ordered again through head office! were supposed to be delivered the following Tuesday, again didn’t turn up. Called and got refund and requested manager to call us, no call! This service is unacceptable, from such a big company. National tiles you are a disgrace!!! Never again.

Ordered tiles to deliver on Friday.No delivery, Tried to call the customer service no at 4pm to find out what happened to the delivery. Customer service supposed to closed at 5 pm. But recoding playing, you called at out side of trading hours . We closed at 5pm .Come on I called at 4pm not 5 pm.Never order again from this shop.Worst customer service .STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.
