Aussie Emergency Glass

Grrr8 - fixed a small caravan window, needed a bit of ingenuity from the tradesman. Very satisfied with the service as well as follow up from Di, in the office receiving photos of the installation. Small amount of glass fixed for the minimum call out fee.

Takes more than 10 days. Nothing emergency about the business. Staff are good at blaming the customer.

Lorraine(?) on the phone was a big help, Jake kept me posted on when to expect him and got the job easy done, really appreciate it guys, would recommend.

THIS IS THE WORST GLASS COMPANY EVER! IT TOOK THEM OVER 3 MONTH TO ORDER A PIECE OF GLASS, AND ITS CHRISTMAS TIME, THE INSTALLATION WOULD BE MID JAN NEXT YEAR. THE SHOP LOOKS TERRIBLE DURING CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR TIME. THEY HAVE CAME OVER 3 THREE TIMES TO MEASURE, BUT STILL COULD NOT GET THE RIGHT MEASUREMENT. ITS DISGUSTING. STRONGLDISAPPOINTED

Terrible company, even worse staff. Had a job booked in for the next day was told will get a call to say what time, hadn't heard anything so called in the morning of the day the repair was going to happen they said the job wasn't going to happen as it wasn't booked in properly, staff was rude and unhelpful I explained that it was a emergency and had to be done that day, they were rude and didn't care that it was their fault. Made no attempt to get anyone out that day or the next, complete disregard for customers especially when they are at fault. Avoid!

When our dog had pounced through our front window on Friday, we urgently required the window to be replaced. Unfortunately their trading name is misleading. We left a message Friday night, to receive a phone call back Saturday morning and assured us that someone would be out that morning. Waiting, waiting, waiting... nothing. Saturday afternoon we had to ring them, only to be told that it could be tomorrow. By lunch time Sunday, we had enough. Rang another local glass guy, who was only to happy to come out on a Sunday to repair the window. He was out there within 2 hours and completed the job for 40% LESS than Aussie emergency glass quoted....We just received a call now from Aussie emergency glass to say we are now on the waiting list for Monday. Thanks, but the job was completed 3 hours ago. Wouldnt recommend.

Avoid. Competitive pricing but terrible scheduling. Booked in window replacement for 11-1pm. They arrived at 5pm with the wrong glass. Rescheduled for 9am following workday and they arrived at 2pm. No legimate reasons or apology for all the time wasted. Was a mistake not reading their other recent reviews.

This is the worst glass company ever! Terrible company, even worse staff. My shop had a job booked in for emergency glass repair. They send staff to shop and was told me they couldn’t fix on the day, will come back the next day morning. Then their staff come to my shop repair the glass on the next day morning. After the repair I was found the both side glass not sealed properly. I called office again and asked them come to fix their job. They send a very rude staff 5 days later. And he haven’t done anything repair for my glass on the day, then the staff left. I called the office to complaint their staff, the General manager was very rude and unhelpful! I explained that it was a emergency and had to be done that day, they were rude and didn't care that it was their fault. Made no attempt to get anyone out that day or the next, complete disregard for customers especially when they are at fault. Not recommended forever!

Office staff was very friendly and helpful during this stressful time.10/10 for price and service couldn't fault this company at all.
