I scheduled a routine service a few days before taking a holiday (note to self, allow more time in future). Unfortunately some necessary work was required on the car. Parts had to be sought from interstate which jeapordised me being able to go on holiday at the scheduled time and would have shortened our holiday, much to mine and the kids disappointment. Due to Nick and the teams hard work, the part was delivered and fitted to my car at the 11th hour. Nick was excellent at communicating the problems and keeping me updated and worked hard to make sure my car was back on the road in time for my holiday.

Had to get some warranty work preformed and from the minute i walked in the door was made to feel more than welcome . coffee included and Uber to my work, Only to be picked up and brought back to pick up my car, All work was professionally done and the car washed, Was very very happy . Will be back for my next scheduled services . Big thank you to Nick on communication and help.

After purchasing a Grand Cherokee 2013 from this mob I started to experience the 'service shifter' message. When contacted by customer care was told to bring it in free of charge. Once there was booked in for a full service... After explaining I don't need a service I just need this issue solved I was told it would cost me to have it looked at? I explained how I was told to bring it in free of charge by customer care to investigate the issue. I was treated like a liar and told no one would ever tell you that we will look at it for nothing...Everything I've read about this problem online appears to be part of a recall issue...Anyway I have purchased two cars and spent over $60000 at this place. I do really like my jeep so far, which makes this extremely disappointing. But this kind of service... I wont be buying another car from them again. Now I sit back and wait for the automated response.

I purchased my Jeep Cherokee 4 years ago, from first service i notice noisy sound , their response is to use ultimate fuel although the car can be used with normal unleaded, i did used ultimate fuel as advice and cost me more money and still have the sound . i tried to make complained twice and so far no response . more over i booked my service 16/2/20 and confirmed it will be Saturday 14/3/20 and they requested to drop the car 8 am as its a big service . i requested my manger to take 14/3 off for my car service as i live away from the service center. yesterday 13/3/20 one day before the service day they sent me message they cant do it 14/3 as its a big service and have to reschedule it to weekdays, tried to call them and no answer , so had to go on 14/3 early in the morning because they didn't send a conformation and i cant take any more days off . the servie consultant treated me really bad, talk tome while he is drinking his coffee telling me this service require 4 hours and they work only 3 hours today. they already know it will take 4 hours and they work only 3 hours on Saturday and they booked me in a month ago, and only get a notification the day before scheduled . now they cost me fuel , unpaid day from work and have to take another day off which is hard now . i requested them how to make an official complaint as i haven't received a response from previous complaint and also no answer . now i travel alot for work, car is due for service , lose money and leave . never buy a Jeep and never buy a car from Adrian Brien , don't recommend them at all.
