I have only ever had positive experiences at Define Dental. Dr May is very patient and understanding with my dental anxiety. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and the newly renovated rooms make for a pleasant experience. The extended hours and ability to make weekend appointments makes it so much easier to book as I work full time Mon-Fri. I highly recommend Define Dental to anyone hesitant to make a dentist appointment.

Cannot speak highly enough of Define Dental. Took both my young kids for a check up with Dr Jenna and Emma. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and there is great energy around the office. Our family will be forever costumers, thank you!

Dr Jenna was extremely informative about my procedure - i was anxious about having the 3 fillings & tooth extraction- but she treated me calmly, gently & with so much care- made the whole process pretty stress free.. all the staff I’ve encountered at Define Dental have been extremely kind. As an older lady, with a “dread” of dental procedures -my experience has been very, very positive.

The best dental practice on the Gold Coast! The team are professional and passionate about their work. They are efficient and very kind. As an added bonus they refer to me as “Big Kahuna” which is a title that is bestowed with the highest honour.

Dr Bootes has looked after my teeth and gums for over 2 years. It is without doubt the best clean I’ve ever had. The renovations at define dental Benowa are excellent making it such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend the practice.

The staff here are so friendly and warm. This is a great dental practice, very professional and super friendly staff who go the ‘extra mile’ to provide excellent customer service. Makes going to the dentist a breeze. Dr Bootes is warm and welcoming and made me feel very much at ease, he is friendly and gentle dentist. Would highly recommend this dental practice.

Dr. Jenna and Emma at Define Dental are the absolute best! They are so friendly, caring and welcoming. They take away the anxiety of visiting the dentist and are so gentle and professional. Dr. Jenna is very thorough in her examination and takes the best care of you as her patient. They really listen to you and care. If you have a complex dental history like me, or need major dental work, Dr Les and his team at Define Dental will look after you with their gentle and conservative approach. Ever professional and skilled, they will always provide you with options, explain everything thoroughly, and treat you like family. We have been travelling from Brisbane to visit Define for almost 20 years. Our three teenagers have never been anywhere else! They are the best! Thank you DD team.
