Excellent team at Kendo, reliable, professional and responsive, best fencing company on the coast characterised by experienced team. Has completed two very different jobs for me, one stylish timber design and the other colorbond steel. Highly recommended, wouldn’t use anyone else.

The fence construction looks to be very good. What surprised and disappointed me was that despite about 25% of the total cost of the job being for removal and disposal of an old fence they do not remove the soil once the post holes are dug. This was placed in piles and partially spread over a mulched garden bed and pushed up against plants, which looked terrible and will require a lot of work to get back to normal. Apparently this is an industry standard that I and no one I have spoken to were aware of - its your soil and you get to keep it. When I tried to call Kendo they did not respond so I discussed with the subcontractor Kendo were using for the fencing and he was very rude and a bit intimidating which made the situation very uncomfortable. After getting to talk to Kendo, Ken made a visit and put a bit of effort into removing some of the larger chunks of dirt and did a bit more spreading but it is still not how I would leave a job site and I have some work to do. Kendo should make people aware of this industry standard" upfront and ask their customers what to do with the excess soil and there would have been no issue. We don't all have trailers to cart dirt away and some people are not physically capable of doing such work. Unfortunately not a great experience with Kendo for me."

Kendo did a great job replacing my side and back fence with colourbond. Looks great and was done fast and affordable
