Through these tough Covid times when new rules and accounting requirements are changing on a weekly basis, Darkwave have stayed on top of it and kept in contact with updates the entire way. They're working from home, but response times have remained lightning fast.So grateful to have such professional people handling my accounts when I would have gone crazy trying to do it myself.Thanks team!

I have been using Darkwave's services for 4+ years now and I can 100% recommend it. Their communication is magnificent, very quick to respond, ALWAYS answering any questions that I have, just so easy to deal with. Seems very professional and friendly too (we only communicate via emails). Price wise, it is not cheap compare to many other accountants BUT it is worth it when you consider the impeccable service.

These guys really are the best. I am inspired to write this review because I am so happy with Darkwave compared to my last accountant. Fast service and the most reasonable rates around. They don't tell you off if you have failed to lodge your tax for a while and do everything they can to help.

They have a revolving door of tax accountants.I used them last year for my 19-20 tax return which was fine.When I called 2 months later, my initial accountant had left and I was assigned a new accountant for my BAS statement.She supposedly completed my BAS statement but when I called to follow up, she had also left and I was passed onto the Director who didn't even have the courtesy to talk to me on the phone to give me an update on my very simple BAS statement.In the end, I did my BAS Statement myself and I wrote to them to tell them not to bother... no follow up or courtesy reply.Disappointing.
