Never buy from geelong LDV hopeless good to sale U the car no help after sale.Cameras stop working within a week all the oils in engine bay at minimum or under car is making a weird grinding scraping noise front right-hand side rang them prior had no care just said bring it back and we'll look at it on its first service in 4 weeks so we waited.Did nothing about it gave us the car back exactly the same camera still not working car making a weird grinding noise in the front.Plus never filled out our service book log history when servicing the car very bad experience.We're getting nowhere with any of the ldv stores in Melbourne still driving the car with a weird grinding noise thinking the brakes are going 2 lock on at any stage they still don't care.Plus ordered the car with extras camera recording and ceramic coating never got done very disappointed.Feel very ripped off at the moment.

I purchased a Van from LDV Geelong with the help of Joe and Mason.The service provided was impeccable with Mason and Joe both being able to answer all my questions and satisfy the requirements I had. They were easy to contact via email or phone and promptly updated me of any changes in the status of my van while I was waiting for it to arrive in Australia.Overall, I couldn't find anything to fault in the service I received at LDV Geelong.

I bought a T60 from Geelong Of Andrew which I was happy with, exccept one other bloke I forgot bhis name verry arrogant. I think They need some lessons in customer service.Ihave been purchesing new vehicles for years and all the salesmen were happy to nagotiate exccepy this mob. I use to get a tank full of fuel not this mob, when I asked he told me they only put in 20litres.

Recently purchased a D90 though LDV Geelong, it has being by far the best experience I have had buying a new Vehicle.Mason has went above and beyond with every interaction we have had, including calling me in his own time when I had questions.I’m travelling from Newcastle NSW to get my vehicle next week, and even with a 10 hour drive home, I will certainly use LDV Geelong again!Thank you again Mason and the Team!

Mother inlaw recently purchased a LDV TMax 60 Ute, fitted with alot of extras and a purchase price of nearly $50k, one would think, a full tank of fuel wouldn't be unreasonable to expect considering she lives 2.5 hrs away, unfortunately there was only enough fuel to get 30klms down the road to the nearest service station, also, the dealership forgot to fit the dashcams included in the deal. Pays to shop around these days!

I called this morning to speak to your service team, as my LDV t60 had started to slow down and warning lights where flashing. I had called another site in the west of Melbourne but they where no help whatsoever. The lovely man there explained to me about roadside assist and I got onto them pretty quick the tow truck came so quickly and drove me and my car deeezl. The fault was what they expected and they fit me in right there and then got it fixed and I was on my way. I have booked my car in at Geelong in a couple of weeks even though I live 40mins away I will never go back to the other site I’m sticking with Geelong LDV

What is not to love about this gorgeous looking car! Big enough for family, friends, pets and luggage. And I am so happy about its features and price. I dealt with Mason and Joe and found both to be extremely helpful, honest and really wanting to ensure their customer service was at its highest standard. This was a great buy and to know I have support through a phone call if I ever need too is a good feeling. Well done LDV Geelong. Great business.

Purchased a Deliver 9 Van in July 2021 - I had a warranty issue with an Airbag fault light. After going in twice and having the car for the 2 whole days they finally fixed it on a Friday night. The service department held my Van unless I paid $250 to them to let the car out of the workshop.I still have 2 parts that need fixing on the Van which they were supposed to call about and never have, however, i wouldn't trust the service department.I think the van is great, but won't be going back to the service department here at Geelong LDV
