JY Tiling & Waterproofing have just completed the waterproofing and floor tiles in our laundry.We originally started with Joe tiling a new powder room and his professionalism and attention to detail was so impressive that we had Joe and his team do a full demolition, waterproofing and full wall, and floor tiling of our main bathroom and ensuite.Joe discussed all aspects of the renovation and gave very good and honest advice which we appreciated greatly.We would highly recommend JY Tiling & Waterproofing to anyone interested in renovating their bathrooms and laundry.Steven & Helen

Joe and the team did a great job waterproofing and tiling my existing balcony. Very upfront at the quote stage and gave me the options and information I needed to make an informed decision. Very professional throughout the process.One area I felt could have been slightly better was communication through the job, such as whether the guys were coming the next day and at what time, but Joe always responded when I messaged to ask.Quality of work and finishes was all excellent, especially considering it was a repair of existing shonky build.Really happy and would definitely use again.

Best building experience ever! Joe and his team took on our home renovation project in Leichhardt at a time when it was difficult to get a commitment from builders. He always had our best interests at heart, easy to communicate with and importantly didn’t sweat the small stuff and just got on with the job without quibbling about variations. Joe is an absolute Gentleman. Just finished a Renovation that started small, just with a Kitchen and Bathroom, turned into the whole house being renovated as we felt very confident withJoe's team as soon as they started. Renovating is a very stressful process and if you don't have someone that actually listens to your 2 cents and not just push you to what they think is best for your home, this would not have been possible if Joe wasn't always available. Joe is a solution based builder, nothing we presented to him was too hard. He was on the tools quite a bit and very knowledgeable.We engaged in Joe and his team initially for 2 bathrooms renovation. We were impressed with their work, at the last minute it ended it being a full house renovation! Highly recommended.

Joe and his team at JY renovations were nothing but professional and high quality on my bathroom renovation. Very professional, we were going to do bathrooms renovation with JY, but we had some personal issues, paused renovations. JY spent lots time pre renovations. I would highly recommend to anyone if you want to do renovations.

Well, its been a journey. 6 months of renovations. We were talking with Joe for months beforehand as well. He spent hours at our home going over the job, nothing was a problem. My wife and I were invited to his house to see the standard of his work. We met his wife and children. Joe has been the most professional, patient builder ever! Nothing was a problem. His team were very polite and well mannered, clean and tidy. Joe's eye for detail and ideas for solutions are next to none. I can easily say he is now a friend and not a builder to us. Thank you Joe for everything you've done. We are over the moon with our renovations.
