Geelong Disability Services has been looking after our plan for three years now and they are always so helpful and friendly and willing to go out of their way to make it all work. We also use their support workers for our son, and they have been wonderful. Our current support worker is a perfect fit for our son really relating so well with him and his interests. I highly recommend this service.

The team at GDS do so many things right! I love the excellent communication with the staff in the office. They take their time to pair support workers with participants which have similar interests to ensure both individuals get something out of their time with each other and can learn and grow together.GDS are always there to support participants through hard times and helping them to feel safe and valued.The best part of working for this company is the diverse work force free from discrimination which is so rare to find particularly in the disability industry.

Great Culture and great knowledge a great place to work. Directors are open and have great knowledge, with the NDIS and navigating your plan. I have been able to grow further within myself and develope further knowledge of the NDIS.
