A range of issues from windows being out of alignment and also separating at the mitre join, due to the wrong type of windows being installed for double glazing. To average brickwork, especially at the back of the house which had to be repaired. Gutter facia did not cover brickwork at the back of the house. No step up from the garage into the house, had to call to fix, as there was effectively a hole under my door into the house, no cement sheet installed in the front portico had to be called back to fix. Now I have an internal door, which I have already replaced the handle and mechanism once, was drilled and installed too far back. This places stress on the mechanism causing the handle to develop a fault over time. Lewis homes won't even come and have a look.A smaller sized shower was installed from the plan as the measurements on the plan were incorrect in the bathroom.Very expensive houses with no customer after sales support. One of the only building companies in Shepparton not to perform a follow up maintenance check.I couldn't recommend Lewis Homes.
