Reception where friendly, But I had my 12 week pregnancy scan here. The lady was rude to us, and pushed down on my stomach extremely hard causing a painful area on my belly that continued weeks after. Not happy with my experience.

Attend the place for an ultrasound and sent the referral via email. Staff said they didn't received. Sent the screenshot again attached with email. At last the staff fixed the issue. Took only 5 minutes. Appointment was at 10 am. End up waiting more than 30 minutes. I have informed the staff that i am fasting for the ultrasound. Poor time management. I have checked with reception couple of times.

Had my 12 week scan here. the lady conducting the scan was extremely rude, dismissing questions my partner was asking, making snide comments, rolling her eyes, etc. It made the entire scan so uncomfortable I honestly walked out wanting to cry. Don’t think we’ll ever be back at the Springfield facility, so disappointing.

Annual checks arent always pleasant. This is my first visit to this clinic. I cannot praise them highly enough. From first contact with reception through radiology and exit, staff were unfailingly pleasant, professional and helpful. I felt supported and all procedures were carried out quickly with my comfort and welfare as a priority.Highly recommended.Good job, team!

3 receptionists. Over 1 minute to acknowledge me standing right in front of them at reception desk. All 3 of them were just looking at their computers and none of them occupied by a phone call. For a private hospital I don’t know how these people were employed. All with personalities like a rock. Very appalled with the lack of customer service. I was told I would get a phone call the day before reminding me of how I needed to be prepared for my first pregnancy scan. I received nothing

Phoned this morning to book an appointment but the staff member wasn't listening. I repeated myself and the doctors instructions but she wasn't interested in what the referral said, only advising me of the cost. Didn't provide the same service I have received elsewhere. Wasn't able to accommodate doctors instructions and lacked ability to communicate effectively.

I was recommended by my chiropractor to get my back X-ray at this facility.I never felt so insulted and humiliated before in my life. Ben, the lab technician’s instructions were Cleary not understood by me at the time of x ray procedure. With the face mask on his face, I couldn’t understand what he was trying to tell me. It’s not that we go to get X-ray everyday to know the procedure. The way he rolled his eyes and looked at me as if I amStupid made me cringe!!!Never would I recommend this place to anyone

Had a bone density test today 22/03/23/ absolutely fantastic service from the ladies on the front desk to booking my appointment the young lady who did my test was caring and so careful with me ad I have osteoarthritis in both hips great service all round thank you qld xray Springfield

Not a pleasant experience at all. The staff are cold, unfriendly, and overall a poor level of customer service. Then we were hit with a large bill for our consultation without any previous notice except for a blank stare and 'this is a private business'. We are not from Queensland, so didn't realise how things work, but their handling of us was quite obnoxious with no warmth or understanding. Find somewhere else.

I just had such a good ultrasound experience at this centre. My 12 week pregnancy scan was conducted by Radiographer Ms Hahn and she was awesome! From greeting us at reception to taking us in instantly, talking us through the visuals (it was a great balance between not talking down to us and yet explaining what was happening), she completely set us at ease. Altogether quite different from the seven week scan that was more perfunctory. I appreciate the time she took and thought it important to publicly acknowledge :)
