Bunnings if you are listening, please educate the Werribee staff on what time the hire shop would be closed. Came to pick up carpet cleaner at 7. My bad I forgot to bring the driving license in card. Double checked with the Indian girl at the counter at what time the shop closes (9pm) and I would return to pick up. Came back at 8:20 only to hear from the same girl that she couldn't process as the system won't allow to process as it is late.I insisted her to call the manager but that person abruptly said can't do anything. Atleast they should be considerate to apologize as it is clearly the staff's mistake.Though I found most of the other senior lady staff are very polite and always helpful.

Worst customer service ever. The manager refused to help despite it was entirely Bunnings fault . He asked me to go to the Tarniet store where I bought it from. I went to Hoppers branch and they were simply amazing by giving me the missing piece of timber for my door frame.

Great experience. Gardening tools, everything which is required to maintain the house can be found in bunnings and they provide 100% customer satisfaction . If you are not satisfied with your purchase they easily make the purchase return without any hassle

Worse manager and the worst customer service allways from Philipino lady that works at the counter. She is very rude. However other young ladies that work there are very nice, friendly and allways willing to help. I have purchased a ryobi high pressure washer for $200 about a year ago. After using it twice it stopped working for no apparant reason. When I went back to return it ,manager scanned the box and told me that we can only refund you $20 dollars as the item is no longer in production, (eventhough the warranty on the item is 4 years.) I refused a refund of $20 and instead I threw the item in the bin. Won't be going back there ever

It's a smaller bunnings , staff were very knowledgeable on a home project I were doing. They found all the things I needed and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need , or a more expensive item , great service will shop here again.

Great small Bunnings which has most stock you need. I came here to buy a Swivel Castor for my chair. I thought the swivel castor was $5.05 since I thought I found it in that area, but it was $8. It's not the staff's fault but be careful since there might be the odd customer who stuffs up the stock in where it's supposed to go.When I was getting my castor, I asked some ladies who work here whether it would suit my chair, they assumed because I might have worded it wrong that the castor wouldn't be suitable, then I asked a bloke working here if there was a bigger castor for an office chair. But luckily he gave me a good explanation on why the castors for office chairs are only maximum 25kg, and its because each castor you add, you're adding the capacity of the chair by 25kg of whatever the guy said.Finally, if you want boxes for a garage sale, yes they're free but most of them are very small or oddly sized. I was lucky to find a box that was slightly bigger than a box for A4 papers.Very convenient place too

Nice little place but they have what you would need to buy. One way entrance and exit makes it lot easier to drive in and out. Plants section is very small, however nicely maintained. Check stock level online before going to the store. Overall good experience and fast processing time.
