The best service. Always very helpful, polite and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about the various options available and try to provide the best solution for us. Highly recommend them. We trust them implicitly to provide complete follow up service. They make sure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible.

Rob saved me $1800 by repairing a screen for 1/2 the cost quoted by Apple & guaranteeing the repair for 2 years! What’s better the repair took less that 1/2 an hour. Always get great service from Rob & Sam, can’t recommend them highly enough.

I met Sam, a very warm and welcoming gentleman. He helped me to update my account details, upgrade my plan at no extra cost which was surprising and get a new Phone in less than 20 minutes! No waste of time, no confusions or anything like that. Highly recommended store.

If you are looking for friendly, honest, reliable service then look no further.Sam and Rob have always been extremely helpful over the years to not just me but my father as well. Always giving as much time as they can and always going above and beyond. They have been a part of the Mosman community for years and the results speak for themselves. Sam is FANTASTIC. He helped me so much with a difficult issue with my NBN when I moved house. Sam did not have to help me as much as he did, it was an NBN problem I was experiencing but he was so thoughtful and kind. I have never experienced such amazing service - truly five star. I can trust Sam to help with my internet or my phone. I would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend Vodaphone Mosman - Sam is caring, honest and reliable.

Friendly and professional service from Sam. My wife and I have visited the area, from the UK a number of times and Sam has always sorted us out with a prepaid mobile SIM. We are now here on imigrant visas and naturally turned to Sam to sort us out with a phone service. We are pleased with the recommended option and the flexibility to change it as our requirements change (The option has unlimited calls to UK, this will be less useful in the future) We will certainly recommend Vodafone Mosman.
