The vegan pizza from Pizza Hut is simply the best!!!! Always consistent, hot, tasty and absolutely delicious - that is why we keep going back again, again and again!!!! Wouldn't order from any other pizza outlet. Thanks and congratulations to Pizza Hut, Howrah and their friendly staff.

Superb pizza! Tasty, loaded with fresh toppings and hot out of the box. Pleased to say that Pizza Hut Howrah could give any local pizza place a run for their money.On our last visit the friendly staff gave us an additional large pizza for free, what a treat!

Phones in to order for 2 for 1 pizza Tuesday! Which was 2 large B-block Pizzas valued at $ 52.50 but half price on Tuesday’s offer.Firstly, your phone needed to be replace you could even hear the lady on the other end.Secondly the staff then informed us this is an online offer only! Sorry what! check out your terms and conditions on your website for ‘pick up orders’ nothing about online.We left without pizza!

Website let me place an order and gave me a surcharge for it being on a sunday only to change from saying Sunday-Thursday to Monday-Thursday opening hours. Been an hour and a half, no sign of food actually being delivered.

Placed my order earlier on in the day for delivery. Checked the follow my order to see it had been cooked 30 minutes before due time so must have been sitting there in what have now been told was a hot bag. Turned up cold $40 for 3 cold pizza's soggy garlic bread and chips. Store then called telling me I was wrong. Never again

I'm not sure if I ordered wrong on the app or not?, The app is very confusing, if you select bbq chicken it then tells you, you have to pay to add the toppings, like chicken cheese, BBQ sauce etc? I tried calling to confirm this, nobody answered the phone, I thought it would come with all the bbq chicken ingredients standard? Anyway the topping was too thick, is this because it was doubled up because of the confusing app? I dont know? but my family had a bite each and then the whole pizza went in the bin, it was so gluggy it wasn't even eatable.

Such an ordinary customer service, the lady who took our order today at the front received us with no smile on her face. Did not help at all in selection of supreme pizza base and spicy wings. Pretend like dont understand us. The lady Was speaking Asian in front of us with her colleague, it appears to me that they were mocking us. No going back there.
