To loan me a battery for the day whilst they recharged mine was much more than I expected. They knew I was prepared to buy a new one from them, but told me all mine needed was a good charge.Excellent service with integrity.

Was extremely concerned to discover that a roadworthy (safety certificate) was written to sell a vehicle that requires a certificate of inspection and this was passed even though the vehicle did not represent the modification plates it had. Calling this business to discuss it I was rudely hung up on so I'm only now left to report the illegal issue of certificates on a vehicle that in my own inspection found several oil leak and a broken rear door that did not seal properly. Its my opinion this certificate was issued on the island to help a Islander sell the bus knowing it will never pass on the mainland until it either is remodified via new plate and has several hundred maybe thousand dollar spent on it. Putting unsafe heavy vehicles on the road needs to be made know to the public.

The guys at NBJ were brilliant we were on holiday and our car breaking system faulted the crew booked us in the next day and had the issue fixed in a couple of hours and very well priced, thank you

Popped a tire while off-roading. Didn't have the right jack in my car since my car has different suspension than stock. They came out quick and were very friendly and inexpensive. Great communication and value.

Good island service. Friendly, not expensive, aware of special needs for island vehicles. Run RACQ service too.

Great service, awesome staff

They had my vehicle once a week for 4 weeks to do a simple service and fan belt change. Wrong parts kept getting ordered and I got charged $360 for a part that was never needed as the problem persisted and was later fixed by a specialist with a different part.My vehicle left the workshop with the mechanic leaving a spanner on a nut under the engine making a terrible noise. It would be less stress and better service to take your vehicle to a garage on mainland.

It's rare to use honest in the same sentence as mechanics, but these local guys provide honest, expert service every time.

Helped me with my car at short notice. Great customer service and workshop staff.
