Very happy with our new dog door. Ashley presented us numerous options to help us find the ideal door for our dog and budget, as well as providing us with detailed advice on how best to have the door installed (which he also organised).The whole process was very smooth and reasonably priced. I also really appreciated Ashley’s continual updates throughout the whole process.

I'm so disappointed with this company. I booked Ashley to install a cat door in a window at my newly renovated house. Although he quoted $40 more than other quotes, I thought he sounded knowledgeable so I booked him for the job. Then when he sent one of his guys out to do the job, he broke the glass. Ashley said he would organise for the glass to be fixed (I would pay) and he would fit the pet door for free. I thought that was really reasonable until the next day he decided he was not going to honour his promise and would just wash his hands of the problem.I have spoken to several local glaziers since and have been told what Ashley was going to do to my window was borderline illegal and dangerous to my pet's health.I would not recommend this company.

So pleased with our pet door - it really does work well. Quality products and exceptional service. Installed with care and consideration. Lovely people. Awesome service from start to finish Ashley was very helpful and prompt and professional ,and the installation by Jesse was first class ,I consider myself a bit of a handy man but having my cat door professionally installed was well worth it . Ashley was extremely helpful, patient, thorough, professional and efficient. I needed a pet door to go thru the house wall, standard door packs won't do this. I was very impressed with Ashley's manner, communication and helpfulness and update re delivery. Between the time I ordered and arrival of the door and extension was very quick. Highly recommend this company.

I was extremely impressed with the service and quick turn around provided by Australia Pet Doors. There was a genuine effort to understand my needs and provide the best solution and the communication was excellent. The installation was seamless and of a high quality, and the area left clean afterwards. Everyone I dealt with was lovely and really helpful. I haven't been this happy with a service for a long time, I highly recommend them!

Fantastic service. Ashley made everything easy bringing a few doors in different colours to make sure it was a match. He was very friendly and efficient. My dog is so happy with her new freedom. The price was competitive as well. Everyone is happy!

We booked Ashley on short notice for our new house in Brisbane as another pet door company let us down. He was prompt, reliable, value for money and did a great job. He also cleaned up after himself and gave great advice on the dog door options we had. I would definitely recommend him! Dan
