The seafood platter we ordered was quite expensive at $130, and unfortunately, the portion size was smaller than we had anticipated. Additionally, we found the battered fish to be a bit dry and lacking in flavor. The oysters were smaller than we had hoped for and the bugs were a bit too large for our liking.Furthermore, we were surprised to see a 500 gram plain rice included in the seafood platter, which we felt didn't really add to the overall meal. On a positive note, the service was friendly and attentive.We also ordered a ham and pineapple pizza which, while tasty, wasn't quite up to the standard we expected. We noticed a few flies around the restaurant which was a bit of a nuisance.Overall, while our experience wasn't perfect, we appreciate the efforts of the staff and management. We hope that these comments can be taken as constructive feedback and that improvements can be made in the future.

Dude, I gotta tell you about this epic seafood and grill bar I hit up recently. The food was out of this world—fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. The vibe was totally chill, the staff were awesome, and the drinks were on point. Highly recommend, bro!

Excellent food, everything ordered was good, steak, fish, chicken schnitzel, prawn linguine. You can choose Senior portion if you want a smaller portion. Coconut Margarita was unusual and nice. Lots of beers to choose from. Just next to the gold coast beach lookout, can take scenic pictures

Not a bad little pub by the ocean. Staff are very friendly and quick service. Food was good and drinks cold.

Funny story…. I ordered dinner a short walk back to the table and saw some herb bread had been delivered I said to my fiancé “That so nice to have a plate of courtesy bread” she took one off the plate just as the waiter arrived he said no it’s for the table behind… he handed the table behind what was left.. We all had a laugh! As a result we met some really nice local gents!! Whom shared the next plate of bread… All in all really nice meal and good service!!

I love The Miami. Relaxed dining and entertainment with a beautiful view of the ocean from upstairs and a park for the kids to have a play at across the road.It's usually not to busy to get a table but it's always a good idea to book if you want to sit in the restaurant upstairs on the weekends or holidays.They have good kids meals, vegan options and the cocktails arn't bad either.

Wonderful staff, I wish I could give an even higher rating than 5 stars.I had my birthday there on the 30th of April in The Boardroom. I was extremely impressed by the facilities and the amazing service provided by Selina and Connor.The food was of a high standard, a perfect way to spend my big day.I loved the location and atmosphere the Tavern provides, my biggest thanks to all the staff for making my birthday so special.Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.
