Beautiful showroom with lots of options & quality products. Grant & the team are great to deal with, always so helpful & experts in the field. They are very responsive & we would have no hesitation in recommending them

We went into Beaumont Tiles Ballarat and purchased some marble tiles for our shower. When we got them and inspected them there were 12 out of 44 that were quite damaged. We had been dealing with Clint Harper in the store who had been very helpful and he said he would have them replaced but the Distributor was dragging their heels so Clint sent their warehouse employee down to Geelong to collect them and bring them back. This was over and above what we expected as it was not the fault of Beaumont Tiles so we want to say it was excellent Customer Service and that Clint was great to deal with. We are very happy as the delay in continuing to complete the shower has been fixed. Can't praise Clint enough and we would be very happy to go to Beaumont Tiles in Ballarat again if we need more

Just want to thank Grant and the team at Beaumont Tiles in Ballarat. The service from Grant was fantastic. He took the time to show us options and by talking to us we worked out what styles we liked and very quickly, which ones we didn’t. The customer service was exceptional and even though there were changes, Grant was always professional and very accommodating. Thanks Grant.Also great that we could not only get our tiles there but all of the bathroom fixtures we needed so it became a one stop shop. Grant showed us different styles and also gave us great advice.Would highly recommend anyone looking to update their home to pop in and visit the team there. They are really great.

Can’t recommend these guys enough! We have chosen to order through the Ballarat branch which is over 3 1/2 hours from us, rather than our closest branch an hour away where the service was not overly welcoming.. Friendly, helpful and great advice at the Ballarat store, it’s a joy shopping there. We won’t go anywhere else now for any tiling needs.

Had the most terrible, uninviting and uncomfortable experience at Beaumont tiles Ballarat today. The staff were beyond rude and unwilling to help, and could not have displayed less care to help their customers. I asked two staff members for help, the first (man) spoke down to me when i asked for some assistance and for lack of better words could not be bothered looking into a range of tiles for me. The second (lady) also spoke down to me and when I asked for a specific tile made it seem like I wouldn't be able to afford it (odd? is this standard practice at beaumont ballarat)? Safe to say both workers need a refresh in good customer service and should have some kind of supervisor present to ensure they are engaging with customers in a respectable way. Lazy, rude and pretty disgraceful to be honest. Won't be stepping foot in there again and safe to say - save your time and shop at national tiles. Customer service is EVRYTHING! Shame on the appalling Ballarat Beaumont tiles employees.

Terrible!Older lady we spoke to in store didn't know anything about products displayed on the floor (hybrid flooring). Seemed shocked when we asked for a sample. Knew nothing about Scotias. We asked to speak to anyone else who might know and she said there wasn't anyone. Basically her poor service just let $10,000 walk out the door. Avoid!

Worst tile website in Australia hands down! Don't even care if they're cheaper. Website unnavigable > moving on....

A Wow experience I just had at Beaumont Tiles Ballarat. Went in to look for only 6 tiles for a hearth and Grant and Alison gave me such great and friendly service. Nothing was too much for them.I wish I was building a house again,as Beaumont Tiles is where I would go.Leanne Choong :-)Iservice,it
