I don't rate the service at the Pacific Fair branch because 1 employee tried to kick me and another customer out saying the store was closed (even though it was an hour before closing time) and then the second employee acted precious while processing my package and was generally unhelpful... won't be coming here again.

Quick and efficient staff, very lovely to have a quick chat to while they are processing your parcel! Avoid during peak hours as they do attract a line!

Australia Post is in a Lane way between Liquor land/ Coles and Terry White Chemist, Go to the west end of pacific fair. You should be able to use the GPS on your Phone if you get lost. If you are picking up a Parcel make sure you have your Parcel code and drivers licence with you. They store the Parcels in Alphabetical order. You will get a good service if you are well organised and not a time waster. All other services are normal

Rude and extremely unfriendly service, highly do not recommend this Post Office.I have had a business account for years and when staff couldn't figure out what to do, instead of owning up that they weren't sure what to do they instead blamed me and said I have been doing it wrong and they are going to call my usual place that set up the account to say they are doing it wrong as if to get them in trouble?? I post every 2 days the same way for the last year and a half, often going to any Aus Post and EVERYONE else seems to know what to do except the staff here. After feeling frustrated and talked down on when I tried to tell them what staff usually do, I took my package and left.

Borrowing a strip of sticky tape a ‘compliance issue’ here unlike the other 10,000 Aus posts who have no issue with helping!Waste of time.

I had one of my best experience at any Aus post. Forgot to ask her name but it was with a lady with short blond hair . She was so kind and genuine . Wish all Australia post was like this .

One star is for atrocious customer service.I came in today with all the documents and forms to apply for Australian passport. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who was checking my documents. She was rude, and it was quite apparent that she was looking down on me. She was trying to drag her words and speak slowly so that I could UNDERSTAND what she was saying, however, I speak fluent English and never gave her any reason to think that anything that she was saying didn't make sense to me. This kind of attitude is unacceptable when you are working with people. I am extremely disappointed. This enteraction impacted my whole day in a negative way.I had never written a negative review before but this was so outrageous that I just had to.

Customer service left me with a bitter taste leaving the outlet today.In the beginning of the transaction, I forgot to scan my business QR code. I told her I’m sorry I forgot to let you scan this. But of course, she has to make an unnecessary remark, “ you were suppose to give me that first.”Noting, I have just mentioned I FORGOT to let you scan the code.I also specifically bought a parcel package to be sent as parcel but she was too quick to assume and charge me for a normal letter. It’s all too late to change now if not I’ll get another one of her attitude like I’m such a big inconvenience to her work.

I’ve been a local in the area for several years & the staff inc the manager don’t know how to smile and constantly do whatever it takes to inconvenience customers or give misleading information and don’t admit they are even incorrect. It normally takes a lot for me to put on a bad review of a business but they have treated me and family like this several times. Avoid this post office at all costs, you’ll soon know what I mean, once you get served by this particular staff member & the manager isn’t that far off.It’s only a few older staff that have got too stale or comfortable in their position and a getting away with mistreating & inconvenience customers because this has happened to me on a few occasions.Very appalling service for Australia Post which I don’t think this ones franchised as I normally I don’t have the same issues with other Australia post outlets.
