Incredible place, steeped in history and beauty. We toured around Uluru on Segways which was a fun and cooler way to explore the base of the rock. Make sure to see the cave paintings and water hole. I recommend seeing Uluru at sunset and Kata Tjuta at sunrise. There is so much variation and detail in such a small area. A truly special and sacred place.

For me, it's the highlight of Australia, this is a beautiful national park which is really well kept. Both the Uluru and the Kata Tjuta are impressive and full of history and traditions. The two mains attractions have nicely marked trails which allows visitors to admire those rocks/mountains.The visitor center is one of the best I've seen, with a lot of relevant informations and documentaries.A guided visit might be really useful to have a better understanding of the aboriginal culture and of the importance of this place.

Photos don't do this place justice, its absolutely massive, such amazing colours, the walks are great, the people are great, the views to die for, I can't wait to come back and visit again, walks are all pretty easy, kids should be fine, but pack plenty of water and a good pair of shoes, quite a bit of loose gravel on the olgas walk and both were windy and very hot,Well worth the trip up from Vic, will be back 100%

Such a wondrous place. Should be one of the wonder of the world. This place deserves it! I love the fact that they give respect to the native people here. It is one way to preserve this amazing place. Would definitely go back! The resort near it is just a bonus relaxation after a long drive!

Uluru at sunrise is a sight that everyone should see at least once in their lifetime. We were on a tour to Kata Tjuta and from the viewing platform the vision of Uluru was stunning! We were staying at Yulara for only 4 days but this was the highlight of our trip. Highly recommended.

Beautiful scenery, worth the travel! Catch the sunset at Uluru and watch the rock change colour, book the light up tour before you get there as we missed out to no availability to book in on the day (and we were there in a quiet time) Normally $25 per person entry into the national park but currently free due to rona! Yay. Campsite is $45 unpowered with nice facilities. (Loads of galla’s chill in the morning on the grass, apparently there’s a problem with dingos stealing things from tents but we didn’t see any at all) Petrol is priced as mad as expected.. think we paid $1.80 per litre..

The three-day pass for unlimited entries(need to be out by 19:30) of the park is 38AU$ for adults.Great place to hike and sightsee. The Uluru base walk is moderate and about 10k, make sure you use the loo before the walk. Drink plenty of water, there are two water stations, one at the start and one at the mid-point.Definitely go and do the Mala walk where a ranger takes you and explains the history and stories of the Uluru, very fascinating. It’s available everyday at 10am at the car park meeting point. The Olga has two routes:-The Walpa gorge is quite moderate and doesn’t take long; it also has a nice sunset viewing area nearby.-The valley of the winds walk on the other hand is quite difficult in some areas but would be okay for most people. (Check out the photo with the route)Would definitely recommend.
