I have been going there for the last 10 years and I can see they really value customer feedback. After reporting a negative experience, Matt picked up the phone and called me right away and helped to resolve the issue. Matt was professional and courteous throughout the whole process and personally made sure I ended up as a happy customer. So here is a tip, if you leave negative comments online, make sure it is specific and give them a chance to fix things. We need more understanding in this world.

Poor service centre. I gave them few chances. Will never return. All about money here and upsell. Will charge you extra and do extra work on your car without your permission. I don't trust them anymore and will not return. Untrustworthy. Ferntree Gully Kia did a much better job.

I bought a new Kia Cerato from Blackburn Kia about 18 months or so ago. After expressing some concern about a minor warranty repair I promptly received a phone call from the service manager. He arranged for my vehicle to be fixed the next day and even loaned me his personal vehicle as all the other loaners were out. My Cerato has proved to be an excellent vehicle and the Kia service is a match.

We had call the service department a few times regarding a under warranty spare part, the receptionist and the service section staff keep promising to return our call when they find out the answer, but very disappointed they never do. If it happens once I will assume they were too busy and have forgotten, but unfortunately it happened 3 times.

Matt was my service advisor and did a great job.Brought my car in for a few in warranty repairs. One out of three was done timely as expected.Ordered parts for other two jobs, hopefully should be soon.Had issues with spare key which I assume is easy to reprogram but Matt just ordered a replacement instead.Had intermittent issues with the stereo which was hard to show it to them (because intermittent). Matt just ordered a replacement for that too.

I took my car to Kia black burn 5 months ago as it needs a part that they told me I must wait for six weeks. After 6 weeks I took my car there and they supposed to change the part for me ( and I did not have any replacement car).after one day they called me and said that your car part has not received!!!!!!Again they said I must wait for another six weeks, and after 6 weeks again the same situation repeated!!!!When I asked Kia customer service, they said that this service centre did not order this part at all!!!Again they promised me too solve the problem in 3 weeks, that is due this week.I waited for 5 months and my sportage issue has not solved yet!!!Also when calling them they don’t give me a call back!No management, no customer service and no respect.Be care full!!! Never use this centre for your Kia service.

Have been going here for years, have always found the staff polite & helpful and they take the time to explain what the service involved, without talking down to you just because you're a woman. But last week I had a different experience. The car needed one of the fuel injectors replaced, & when I picked up my car the guy who served me handed me the service invoice & said Give this to your dad
