Sunterra Solar - Solar Panels Adelaide

We got our solar panels and battery from Sunterra Adelaide and it's been a great experience. The sales team has been very helpful and also provided good suggestions right from the first call. The onsite technicians were easy to deal with and completed the installation efficiently. I will highly recommend Sunterra for any solar & battery installations.

Rupert was fantastic and very helpful, made the start of the process very easy and clear. Installation happened a lot sooner then first quoted. The installers on the day were excellent too, explained everything very thoroughly. Overall very happy!

This is the second system I have purchased from Sunterra, and I am still impressed with their service, the quality of their products and the installation team. My first system had a few minor issues, nothing major (app incorrectly reporting, required a software update and an issue with islanding due to a faulty EU made component which was replaced under warranty), and they sent out a technician promptly to sort it out. Very professional to deal with and the installers did a very neat job both times.

Very happy with the friendly customer service we received from beginning the enquires right through to installation of the panels which all happened in a short period of time. The batteries are very neat and tidy under our verandah. Thank you to everyone involved in the process.

My solar inverter stopped working for nearly a year, it is only few years old old system. I understand that machines can break. When I found out and reached Sunterra, I was told that it needs to be replaced and will sort out in a week time. However, it has been more than 6 weeks now. I contacted them several times but the same answer, they don’t have any technicians available at the moment. How hard is it to organise a technician and replace the inverter in over 6 weeks. Really disappointed with the customer service from Sunterra. Please fix my inverter, we get solar energy in SA in summer, not in winter. Do I have to wait until winter to get it fixed?? Is Sunterra going to reimburse my electricity bill?? 0 confidence with you guys. Not happy

Very happy with the service, quality of product and value for money. I couldn't fault the process or the final installation. We're are just waiting for the retailer to upgrade our meter. Which is happening very soon.I can highly recommend Suntera for very competitive prices, highly rated products, great service and a quality installation.

Wonderful service!In total it took less than 2 weeks to get the quote, the approval and the installation!Today we had a great crew with Matthew, Michael and Ryan.They came at 7 AM sharp, installed everything with damaging the roof, explained the system to us and left at 1:30 PM.The system's already up and running, we couldn't be happier.

All my dealings/communications with Sunterra were conducted with quick responses from Electrical Engineer/Consultant Amr Ba Hakim. The responses were without delay, accurate and thorough.The installers, leader Michael Graham, with Hayden and Josh, were thorough, neat, friendly and helpful, completing a complicated installation, which also entailed removal of the old system.A comprehensive quantity of instruction and specification paperwork was supplied.Overall I developed the impression Sunterra is a highly professional organisation.Hopefully the system equipment (all Jinko) will live up to the excellence of the Supplier, only time will tell.The system supplied is 10.45kW, with 22 Jinko 475W panels, 5kW Jinko hybrid Suntank inverter, 10.24kWh Jinko battery, with blackout protection.
