Had a quick manucure and was great. With a lot of great advices to take care of my nails. Had to leave in a rush but would have love to try a facial treatment. Thank you Clara

I gave this rating only because I was really late by 10 minutes, otherwise it would have been even lower. However, when making an appointment for a new client, it would be logical to leave a little more time in case he/she gets lost or miscalculates the travel time. For example, a message from the salon indicated that it was possible to enter through a flower shop or from a side street. I called several times from the side entrance and the door was opened to me only after some time, which increased the time of delay.In addition, you did not know how to properly remove the gel from the nails and we spent almost all the remaining time on this, although it usually takes 10-15 minutes maximum. I am not even mentioning that it was quite uncomfortable to use the electric gloves and my skin didn’t feel good after that. If you had any doubts about what exactly was on my nails, you should have clarified this BEFORE the procedure in order to correctly calculate the time needed.I made an appointment for a manicure, but there was no manicure. I said that I was unhappy with the state of my cuticles, but in the end you didn’t do anything with it at all. Like absolutely nothing. Is it not part of the manicure? The entire procedure consisted of very mediocre nail shaping and hastily applied gel. This is not a manicure.Finally, you forgot about the $30 deposit and wanted me to pay in full for the service. Such things must be remembered, the client shouldn't remind you about that.On a bright side, the salon itself is clean, well-groomed, they offer nice tea and, perhaps, other services (for example, massage) are at a higher level.

Clara is amazing. Everything she does is top shelf from her beautiful kindness, excellent services and her tea and environment. I never want to leave once I get there. Best salon ever and it is clear she loves what she does!! Exceptional
