Had the pleasure of dining here last night with my partner (Yeehaw) and being served by Billy. Some of the best service, food and wine we’ve had in a beautiful atmosphere.

One of my best experience in a restaurant in Sydney. We had the best waiter ever, she was so patient and delighted to explain us the food on the menu (even opened her Instagram to show us photos). We stayed until 11pm with our friends which was so nice.However it is definitely overpriced for what we got and especially quantity wise.And The truffle was not tasty at all. However the tiramisu and the canollis were delicious.Great evening but not great food.

Ate here for the first time as part of a wine dinner they did with Somos wines. All of the food was beautifully presented and delicious. The wines were also wonderful and matched perfectly with each of the dishes. And the service was awesome...super friendly and attentive even at a sold out event. Already looking forward to eating here again!

This is my fifth time dining at Busta. Dishes are delicious. The wine list is fantastic. Great crowd and atmosphere. Rowan and the team delivered friendly easy service. Rowan explained the unique & boutique global wines served at Busta and recommended a bottle that we just loved. We left really pleased! We will be back.

Cool place and nice staff. I was really disappointed with the mains though.I’m Italian and honestly they were terrible. The prawn pasta was so salty I nearly sent it back. It was also super fishy my partner said and not in a good way. The whole fish (trout) had zero taste. Doused in a caper onion tomato sauce that was attempting to give it some flavour. It was all very acidic too and left ulcers on my tongue. Looks so good on instagram and it was packed so maybe I just received a dud round of dishes because burrata and crostini was lovely.

Food is excellent and the type of dishes that make you stop and notice just how good they are! The “Cecina” 12 hr succulent pork in a chickpea pancake is a Must try (even though I don’t usually eat pork). Nathan the manager here is always exceptional and always has great recommendations and service that always makes this place highly recommendable! Staff are always friendly, down to earth and professional. Pictured is the goats cheese ravioli which was also so delicious and just pops and melts in your mouth! Highly recommend this place for authentic Italian with a creative edge - they also make their pasta fresh every single day! Definitely one of my regular favourites in Manly.. wines are excellent too..

Absolutely gorgeous food and service. Felt very doted on by our waiter which is very rare now days. Would 100% be coming back here for more date nights! Only small grievance is that the portion sizes could be slightly larger.

As always great food but they have extended the outdoor seating, not enough heaters and no one tells you prior to arriving you will be outside so you can bring a thicker coat. Meal ruined by shivering!! Just tell guests they are going to be outside next door to a dud heater?
