0 if could. Changed management for some years and place looks tired and dirty. Witnessed an employee wanting to help a resident who was stuck in her walker getting verbally abused by female manager. Aside from the disgusting array of verbal threats that employee patiently handled the situation as no job is too big. Please fire the racist, disrespectful manager

My mum hated this place she was constantly cold and probably due to understaffing, was left at least twice at meal times for approximately an hour waiting for someone to take her back to her room.

Staff are caring, compassionate, respectful & smiling. They treat everyone as individuals; from my observation they empower the residents to chose and make decisions about their care and wellbeing. The building is ready for retirement,, once the new building is completed it WILL be the very best

Staff and management were brilliant. I couldn’t fault them. Changed facilities due to closure and unfortunately the other facility didn’t provide the care that she had received at this place. I’m sure it will be even better when the new Simon Price opens in 2023. Sadly mum passed away but we will always remember the great care she received at the centre.

Depressing place to have to leave a loved one. Staff were rude on numerous occasions to my 95 year old grandmother. She was left on the toilet for over half an hour. All her clothes kept going missing and other peoples underwear were given to her. Just to list a few of the uncaring degrading things occurring in this establishment.

The facility itself appears to be old and a bit rundown. However the staff have been wonderfully caring and kind to my mother, which is far more important to us.

I had been working here for many years, it is one of the best place I ever worked. The facility manager is devoted to the residents and ensure all residents’ needs are met. All staff in Simon Price Centre are caring and doing the utmost best for all residents.
