Would not recommend this salonThey don't greet you at all, make you feel like you're intruding.The hair dresser didn't seem like she wanted to cut hair, like we were causing an inconvenience to her day.Was also short tempered when we asked for a recommendation for a hair style/cut.The other hair dresser spent the whole time we were there complaining, loudly, about her job and the customers.Talked badly about a customer that had walked in to ask about a service and left.Overall, horrible experience. Left feeling disappointed and feeling like we wasted money.

the male hairdresser was very rude and horrible.he whacked my head around with no respect and shoved the razor into my head.he poked my eye at least twice during the ordeal, and all throughout i was worried my scalp was going to bleed with his rough and zero effort cutting.he even proceeded to book" the next customer when he wasnt even done with me.its clear they just want quantity over quality. the 40 dollar pricetag also makes zero sense. I'll go anywhere else any day."

Fair Trading NSW involved, do NOT use this business, better to go next door. WARNED!!! I Paid $300 for hair perm, by day 3 my hair was ruined, went back to the shop after a few times, and they asked for $200 for re-work!!! I reported to Fair Trading NSW, and still cannot get my $$$ back. This is ridiculous. Next step is to use NCAT for a court hearing.

The male hairdresser is nice but his skill is horrifying and careless. $30 for a under 10min male haircut. The side was uneven and bumpy and the back was poorly cut as he didn’t use scissor for details. I would only recommend females hairdresser there. My last time going there.

Love this place. The owner and the dressers are soo friendly esp to kids. The kids don't get impatient or anxious here, it's great.

Not sure why my previous review got reviewed, looks like they've created a new one due to the overwhelming number of low stars. The hairdressers are terrible, very choppy job and they have no idea how to cut evenly. Please save yourself the stress and upset, it's not worth it.

Went there for keratin treatment and very satisfied with the result. Especially the male hairdresser was very nice. Will definitely go back again.
