This was my local dry cleaning agent but not anymore. I don't usually post negative remarks but there is absolutely NO service here.Even spending over $1000 a year on dry cleaning you have to pay up front. Tried to drop garment off. A coat worth $300 with a dry cleaning cost of $40,and didn't have my wallet. Would not take the coat even when I offered to come back with the payment. They obviously do not want customers. Ran there for exercise. She said the boss won't let her.....

Just picked up my gown and its all but ruined. Beads lost and totally wrecked. If Id been warned I might have reconsidered and Mum would have spot cleaned it herself. Instead, the stains have gone, along with the best of the beading. Shoddy at best and totally inexcusable.

Website says open on Thursday night yet there is a paper on the store indicating 5.30pm close. I made the effort of coming to store aand was closed.

If there is lower than 1 star rating, I would give this place a zero! She does not know what she’s doing. For $27 for 1 pants to be hemmed, there is no quality and a 5 yr old child could have done it better! I have complained nicely but instead she got angry and threatened us to cut the pants instead! Never coming back to this place again!

Would always use this business for alterations, never again. Service was horrible and was trying to make me pay for an express service i didnt want. $54 to have x2 pairs of pants hemmed is a joke along with the fact she would not allow me to pay upon collection
