Terry White Chemmart Hallett Cove has been very helpful on every occassion I have needed assistance. We have our medications delivered and if we have needed extra pharmacy items they bring a choice for me to the door.My husband and I went on holiday to Clare, hubby forgot to pack his puffers, Terry White HC hold all our scripts there, so they were able to arrange for his puffers to be dispensed from Clare Terry White. Saved our holiday.They have been very helpful when we have questions about our medications and have helped with disability aids.We are now moving into a retirement village on the other side of town and will miss the crew at Hallett Cove.

Atrocious service twice yesterday. In the morning I stood at the counter for two minutes (I was actually watching the clock on their wall) without anyone approaching me even though there was an assistant standing at the end of the counter doing nothing. I didn't feel ot was my place to yell out to her for help. I walked out without being served. So then I came back in the afternoon to try again.I stood at the counter again waiting to be served. Right in front of me were two assistants talking to each other and fiddling with stock. Neither of them even acknowledge me. Another assistant was in the shop further away packing up some boxes. Eventually, when she realised the other two weren't going to help me, she came over to me and asked if I wanted to be served. (No, I was just standing there for the fun of it ). Atrocious rude lack of service. If you're going to ignore me at least acknowledge me first before you do it. I'll be happy to wait then until you sort yourself out.

This pharmacy is in a good location. It’s always quite busy so I allow myself an hour if dropping a script off. Staff are mostly friendly. COVID safe rules are in place with clearly marked signs which direction to walk in and out and where to stand. There’s a selection of gifts sold here. Weekly specials are good.

Sorry for the 2 stars, all staff are great they greet you they say hello and how can I help you, but one staff member is very rude, no hello no how are you all she says is next and not even looking at you when she says it, I know not all jobs are great but in customer service jobs you need to be nice to customers without customers there is no job.

They were very helpful with my enquiry, as it was quite personal they treated everything with discretion and told me exactly what I needed to do

The service lady Sandy was that abrasive and rude to me for asking where something was I had to tell her. I’ve never been spoken to by a store clerk as rudely as she did to me in years. Obviously close to retirement and doesn’t want to be there.

Rude, inefficient staff who don’t listen. The pharmacy are hopeless, always making mistakes with prescription brand and price. Never more than one pharmacist on duty, so there is always an unacceptably long wait.I hate this place and refuse to shop there any more, even though it’s local to me. I drive to Chemist Warehouse at Noarlunga who are polite, smiling, efficient and charge a lot less.
