I have seen a tremendous improvement in my body since I first started at EPSA following my car accident. I was so impressed by my progress that I now continue to attend my exercise sessions for strength, balance and a resistance targeted program for osteopenia. This is a super friendly environment and the staff are very helpful. I look forward to each of my gym sessions

I have been attending EPSA seeing Shreya for treatment for a few months.The moment you walk in the door you are Welcomed by the Staff, treated Respectfully, given advice & encouragement to work at the excercises to achieve positive results.Would highly recommend.

I've got Type 1 Diabetes and I've been seeing the exercise physiologist at EPSA. Austin is really experienced, he has really helped me to keep on track with my exercises and motivates me. I most definitely recommend EPSA!
