Despite not knowing much about Road Bikes and Bikes in general I was looked after by Ken who was professional and extremely helpful despite how busy the store was with other customers that day.Upon collection of my new bike I was helped by both Elliot and Ken who were more than happy to assist with my novice questions! Repair shop were absolutely fantastic. Great advice, workmanship and super quick turn around. Extremely reasonable pricing for both servicing and parts. Very highly recommended, taken my bike there a few times now too.

The staff knows their products very well and provide a lot of information about them. They are very willing to help you out and have excellent knowledge. Will definitely come again as they have good prices, especially when you have the Club 99 membership!

Have visited several times (including bike purchase) and never disappointed. Lucy has been great every single time either on tills or workshop she’s great. The rest of the team have always helped (even when my lights and reflectors were stolen they helped when they didn’t have to). Jason fixed my bike this time and seems to be perfectly done also. Good job team I think you’re great :)
