Booked a table for Valentine's Day, was told they would hold a window view table, searched club 3 times for our table, could not find it, all tables taken or had booking names on them, went to counter and was going to order and clarify where our table was or what the mix up, asked the young girl serving she checked book and said yes your name is here in the book, told us we had to go and find it, we explained we checked all areas three times and there was no tables under our name, she then went on to say she was too busy and if we couldn't find an available table it was too bad or we had to wait until someone left, the lady standing behind us went on to say she has also booked but there was also no tables with her name on there, very disappointed we ended up leaving not having our lunch, it is under new management and I would suggest the manager train their staff properly as it was extremely bad hospitality service, I would be extremely reluctant to try it again

Very disappointing experience. Food was like poor quality pub grub. Some was served luke warm, lobster was tough. Got a hostile reception to my polite verbal feedback so will never go back again.

Wow! Seriously disappointed with this place. Didn't even get as far as tasting the food! Alan ordered our food, he was having scallops for a starter and whole sole. I wanted steak with chips and salad..... ahhhh! Nope!! They don't do menu changes" Seriously??? They can't swap greens and mash for salad and chips? Maybe their food comes pre-packed?? We won't be going back
