We have been going to Blue Ribbon for years. Always a good job done and accommodating. The owners and son are always pleasant.

DO NOT GO HERE.1. When dropping off our clothes we were asked to pay upfront, which we had no problem with. We requested to pay by card to which the lady and the young boy said there was no eftpos available and were quite stubborn in maintaining that we pay the $150 in cash. There was a big clear sign with “eftpos” and the machine semi hidden under the counter??? We were quite insistent on paying by card however, so finally they accepted.2. Absolutely rude customer service with the boy upfront making faces when we came to drop off our clothes initially. Practise your facial exercises elsewhere.3. The first time I ever came to this shop I requested a coat of mine be dry cleaned. It was given back to me in the same condition and I was told they had “tried hard to remove the stains”. The second time I gave it in to be cleaned ( which is when the above happened), the stains on this particular coat had all miraculously disappeared? With the exception being the cuffs.My family members had the same experience, everything else cleaned but the sleeves and arm cuffs.There is no attention to detail and they seem to laze out when it comes to the part of the clothing that may require a little extra handling.Absolutely rude service, not to mention the lie to have us pay solely in cash and the inconsistency in our clothes being cleaned. They ask you to pay upfront so you can’t contest the work, or lack thereof that has been done.

SO RUDE!! I will NEVER go back to these people again. The person I dealt with was sooo rude to me after I asked her a question. She told me to go home and clean it myself if I was going to ask a question. She yelled and threw the receipt at me and walked away. I've gone to them before and 1) they didn't even get the few stains off which is the only reason why I went there and 2) I completely forgot about my blanket and 4 months later they never ever called me, despite me leaving my number with them. I went back to them out of convenience but F*** going back to these guys. HOPELESS AND A RIP OFF.

Had a suit Dry Cleaned here. I thought it was done properly, only a few months later I tried putting the suit on since I had it dry cleaned and found a hole on my right leg trouser which was clearly burnt. I had thoroughly checked my suit and pants before hand to make sure there weren't any hidden stains and knew immediately that it was this place that had caused the burn on my pants.I don't know if I'm more angry with these guys or with myself for not checking the suit and pants thoroughly after I got them back. Never again and will ask people to stay away.

EXTREMELY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND HORRIBLE !!They ripped my wool coat that can't even be fixed, no stain removed, yelled and screamed after I tried to get an explanation why it got ripped, yelled in front of everyone I don't need a customer like you"

Yeah so I read the reviews and thought “can’t be that bad”It was pretty bad. No customer service at all.One positive. They dry cleaned my suit.But yeah, don’t go there expecting a “Hello, how are you?”

The young lad who works in this shop is possibly the rudest, most unhelpful shop assistant I have ever dealt with. Having raised the matter with him I can also confirm he is a complete smart Alec. I have now been subjected to his version of customer care on a number of occasions and would recommend, in the strongest possible terms, that you take your custom elsewhere. To be avoided at all costs

Extremely rude customer service. Paid for a dress and when asked if perhaps they didn’t see a small stain, got yelled at and abused. Very unprofessional. Will not be going there again and do not recommend anyone to this dry cleaner.

Very aggressive customer service, especially the lady there. Wouldn’t let me pay after I pick up the item due to inconsistencies beforehand. Very abrupt and would not recommended anyone here at all. If I could rate a lower star than one I would.

They completely ruined 3 x politix shirts, somehow causing stains and leaving all but one button on the shirt?! How is that even possible!Furious how unprofessional they are and in a shopping center! Was served by there young son, and I didn’t even get a receipt. This is really bad and they should not be allowed to trade.
