The Mailman

Lovely little cafè that has been designed beautifully. We went for breakfast on the suggestion of our family who wanted to give it a go and it didn't disappoint! We were the second lot there, but it soon filled up quickly, which shows that it must be good!Food was yummy and service fantastic. Hope they do well.

We loved our brunch at The Mailman - we went on Saturday at 10am and despite being very busy there was a table free! The menu was amazing (you can’t go wrong with any dish) and the service was lovely and fast! We’ll be back to try more of the menu!

Great little corner store at an old small corner shopping center type, staff were lovely and foods were fresh! There’s on-site parking. Definitely worth trying especially their pastries (follow their Instagram for daily pastry varieties) but the price can be a bit more expensive than the other individual cafes. Heard about their coffee but will have to try it again next time.

There has been much hype with The Mailman opening it’s doors in Alexandra Hills where there is very little option for a good cup of coffee. It’s definitely delivered with the coffee and the urban yet cosy feel to the quaint sized cafe. Though there were very little pastry options available at the time we went and the dine in menu personally wasn’t to my taste. It is a small brunch menu that has an Asian inspired spin to mainstream cafe foods, which whilst I love, I’m more of a traditional breakfast and brunch foodie. That’s just entirely my personal preference so I ended up eating from the kids menu so I could have waffles. It is pet friendly and the outdoor seating had diners sitting with their dogs.

Definitely a 5 star experience for a lovely little suburban cafe tucked away at Alexandra Hills. Food, delicious especially the crispy kale - don't knock it till you've tried it :) Coffee just as good and the service excellent. Nice to see so many smiley faces and good customer service.

If you have friends that are into coffee bring them here!The staff are very passionate about both coffee and food and it comes through in both service and quality of food and drinks.I’m a fiend for a proper espresso which is difficult to find in Redlands due to most shops catering for milky coffee due to the demand. This place is a complete exception making incredible mild and black coffee.They have incredible beans and go to great lengths to make sure the extraction is perfect.The menu changed a little bit ago so there’s less of the Asian twist style items, but still incredible. The pastries they have are also exceptional.Incredible coffee staff and food!

Absolutely love this little gem! Innovative breakfast options, a little different than the rest and simply amazing!! Baked goods are mouth watering, beautiful and delicious! This place is well worth a try.Good sevice, kind and friendly proprietor and staff. Go there!!

Good coffee, good food, good atmosphere. I love the fried chicken burger. Very crispy and delicious. The other dish is a sweet fried bao, kind of like a donut. And the “raspberry blend” latte… can definitely taste the raspberry!
