Very friendly staff/hosts. Great value for money with nice rooms. We had an issue with our hot water one morning that was rectified very quickly. Would stay there again!

Budget but very clean and comfortable. Cherry is a wonderful hostess: provided free make up removal toiletries, sachets of moccona lattes, lovely Chinese biscuits, and even brought us a free tray of Oolong tea and little sweet dumplings for afternoon tea today. As well as mandarins from her tree! The rooms have new carpet and furnishings, including comfy chairs to sit in. It's also very close to the reservoir, which is a great picnic spot. Happy to recommend it!!!!

Absolutely fantastic stay, rooms were clean and well presented, beautiful view from the balcony. We were made to feel extra special, thank you so much Cherry we had a wonderful time..

First impressions not good ... rundown and unloved looking especially the reception area. Lovely lady at the desk. Room was dated and basic and could do with some cosmetic attention but having said that, it was very clean, the bed spotless and comfortable, and a terrific shower. Reasonable rate. Quiet location. Would stay there again.

Reception is a little run down and rooms are a bit outdated but cosy,, wifi was good, shower was good and hot,, ac was great but the door vibrates - put a chair against the door to stop

I would not recommend this motel to others. Try everywhere else in Healesville and surrounding suburbs prior to booking in a room.The woman who runs it seems ok, however, the demeanour of the man who also runs it is highly concerning.

The room was very clean but that's it the tv didn't work and if you like to stay completely in your room and there is no outside area to sit and the pool has been filled in dispute the website saying it has heaps of things would go back again

The most lovely, kind and helpful receptionist!The room was comfortable but a little outdated.My only complaint is that there were toiletries left from whoever stayed before us - the one thing you don't want when staying at a hotel/motel is a reminder that other people have stayed before you.Otherwise really enjoyed our stay.
